The hotel was in an excellent location, a stones throw from Battersea Park, and conveniently located near buses and trains.
Our room was huge and accommodated pur family of four easily.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel had a strange feel to it, however. It appeared to have undergone a renovation, with nice, modern decor, however there was damage/un-renovated parts throughout. For example, our bathroom was modern, however the toilet seat was broken (still useable), there were patched and unpatched holes in the walls and celings, the fixtures were new, but poor quality/not working 100%. Our room was grubby (e.g. walls were marked, floor was dusty and there were little hairs on the towels.
The hotel has great potential if renovations were completed and cleanliness was enhanced. Additional facilities such as wifi in the rooms (rather than solely in the lobby), hairdryers in the room would be welcome additions.
