Dear Sir/Madam, we thank you for your feedback but are sorry that the room did not meet your expectations. When we receive bookings, we first fill the rooms on the upper floors and proceed downwards and when you booked the only rooms available for that room category were probably in the basement. We unfortunately cannot alter the layout of the rooms as this is a former residence and we do apologise for any shortcomings during your stay.

Dear Sir/Madam, we thank you for your feedback and are sorry that the hotel was not up to your expectations.We always try our best to please every guest but due to the layout of the rooms, guests can be troubled sometimes. At check-out you could call reception and request help with your luggage as there is a porter from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm and after that you can request the receptionist on duty for help with luggage.
