Very nice hotel which looks newly built, staff very friendly and helpful only issue was that the window in room 20 wasn’t able to close.

Was a nice greeting, shown to me room and had all the facilities pointed out to me. Room cleaned when i requested, and left alone the rest of my stay.

The staff was very helpful and pleasent the room was fine for the price apart from bathroom being quite small and only a skyline window for ventilation if it rained you couldnt open it coz it was on an automatic shut and would rain in so it was very stuffy and the only other complaint i have there were ants in the room

Comfortable clean room, noisy
Room was perfectly nice, very loud could hear the pub and street until about 2.30am. Not a problem for us because we went out, but if you’re planning on sleeping at a normal time then not great.

The hotel was clean, tidy. The staff was nice and friendly. No issues at all during our stay.

Friendly Local London Pub
I have stayed here once before, rooms are above the pub but with a separate entrance next door. Parking is limited but I have managed to get a spot in front of the pub both times. Not sure what the score is about parking on the roads but but did not matter for me at least. The pub is a friendly pub for locals, no food but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Rooms are fine and have a decent shower and fridge. There was milk, capri sun in there and cornflakes on the small table with a bowl spoon etc which I was not expecting. Had a couple of beers on the night and played pool with the regulars. All in all good value for London.

i was online to book my room and it said available, i took a taxi to the hotel and no one was present, the doors were locked. i was stranded on the street

Clean and Comfortable
Happy with stay. Ten minute walk from tube. We checked in at the bar and was shown to room which was through another entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. Although room was on main road, noise wasn't an issue for me. I would stay again.

Optimalt til en drengetur
Jeg har nu boet på dette hotel to år i træk i forbindelse med Fodbold + VM i dart i London. Hotellet er optimalt til en "drenge tur", hvor man kan leve med lidt utætte vinduer, mangel på varmt vand mv. - da pubben under hotellet trækker voldsomt op + den gode service.

Het is goed vertoeven bij Hotel Fountain
Dit Hotel ligt strategisch goed. Openbaar vervoer met de bus is tegenover het hotel. De ondergrondse Victoria Line naar het Centrum van London is op 5 minuten lopen van het hotel naar het ondergrondse station Seven Sister goed bereikbaar. In de omgeving van het hotel zijn er talloze winkeltjes van allerlei nationaliteiten waar men lekker kan eten of boodschappen halen. Ook heb je een Apotheek in de buurt van het hotel. Ons verblijf wer niet verstoord door overige gasten en je kunt in een aparte keuken zelf je ingekochte voeding klaarmaken of opwarmen. Fijn om daar enkele nachten te vertoeven. Bij een volgende bezoek aan Londen denken we weer bij dit hotel te boeken.

Nice rooms with fridge, tv, kettle and cereals with milk provided also a kitchen close by to cook whatever you desire, surely needs upgrading to a 3 star property at the very least.

Convenient not costly
Convenient for bus & underground. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby. Room itself, although tight (double bed against the wall!), was clean & quiet. From the photographs on the website I think there are better rooms available but we were only there for 1 night so weren't overly fussed.

Clean inside but terrible outside
Outside looks scary but inside clean and just renovated. Based on the London price range I think this is good deal. Some small issues are: no shampoo in the shower and cant catch wifi using the iphone, but the laptop catches it.

Don't judge it from the outside
Initially I was slightly concerned when we pulled up outside the hotel as it was surrounded by scaffolding. The staff were friendly and once inside the side entrance it was a completely different to the outside. Our room was adequate, although in need of a lick of paint to freshen it up the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Don't stay if you like peace and quiet as the noise from the pub does go on until the early hours, although this didn't bother us. Great location for going to the football at White Heart Lane. Plenty of shops and eateries along West Green Lane. We managed to park outside the hotel which was convenient.

Staff very welcoming. Lots of local shops. Don't judge a book by it's cover, there's some external work ongoing but the route through to the rooms has been renovated and is nice and bright, the rooms are fine and yes I would stay again.

Not bad with some issues
The room was brand new and wide for that price. Some problem with cleanliness: a bit dirt inside the bathroom and on the floor. Rumours from outside till late night. Close to the tube.

Don't judge this hotel by the it's outside and bar
On entering the pub to check-in, I wondered why have I booked here. My attitude quickly changed as I was greeted by a lovely girl on reception/bar who checked us in and escorted us to our rooms. As soon as I entered the hotel I was pleasantly surprised to fine a clean modern finish in hallways and rooms. I had a pleasant stay as my room was perfect for what I needed. Also the free fruit drink in the fridge was perfect as it was so hot. While the hotel could benefit from a better check-in system or upgraded pub the hotel and rooms were fine and I would recommend.

Good rooms. Poor service. Horrible entrance.
Good: hot water. Room heating. Internet. Cleanliness. Poor: Website says checkin at 12noon. Arrived at 12noon. The maid slammed the door shut and said they they were not open until 1pm. No waiting area and it was cold wet and rainy. No breakfast, shower mat.

Positives - Clean room - Pleasant staff - Good location Negatives - There was very little natural daylight in my room (number 10) which looked out onto another half built room! - There was no clothes storage (wardrobes or drawers) but there were a lot of hooks to hang things on - The bed was a bit hard

Opened too soon - still a 'construction site'
Terrible service and no one to speak to on check out, just a key drop which we were not told about. Renovations are ongoing, dust everywhere, and many things in the room don't work, e.g. some lights, bathroom fan, etc. Has long term potential to be nice, but not there yet.

just nice and clean room...that s it!!!!
as soon you get inyo the room looks pretty nice...clean and good smelling..but then you will find out the internet is terrible(especially if you are on 2floor) the most noisy bed ever!!!!!! during in week-end you can sleep because downstairs there is a pub with disco...cold room heater doesnt work properly... through the windows pass a very cold air coming from outside...terrible week....no anymore here!!!!!
