너무 많은 객실과 상대적으로 적은 엘리베이터가 불편합니다 첫날 트윈베드의 toper가 너무울퉁불퉁해서 직접들고 내려가서 교체를 원했으나 하우스키퍼가 퇴근했단 이유로 밤새 불편한침대에서 잠을 청해야했습니다. 분한마음도 더불어서 런던브릿지와 런던탑이 가까운점이 다른 불편함을 견디게 하는 호텔입니다.

화장실이 너무 지저분했어요. 변기는 그렇다 쳐도 욕조에 낀 때, 실리콘에 낀 곰팡이라던지 사용감이 너무 높은 화장실이에요. 조금 더 노력하면 깨끗해질 텐데 노력이 없어보여 아쉬웠습니닼 어메니티는 샤워젤, 샴푸있었구요. 수건은 저는 먼지가 많아서 얼굴에 잘 묻어낫어요 뷰가있는 방이라 너무 좋았지만 숙박비에서 80% 뷰값 20% 위치값이고 위생 청결에 예민하신분은 깨름직 하실수도 잇을것 같습니다.

타워브릿지가 진짜 뷰가 멋있습니다. 다만 카드키가 도난에 취약해 보여 짐을 안전하게 놓고 나갈 수없었습니다. 물은 따듯하지만 줄줄 세어나왔습다. 호텔에서 비치해둔 샤워젤은 완전 완전 별로예요. 직접 챙겨 가시는걸 추천합니다. 조식은 나름 괜찮은 편이예요! 그치만 호텔직원들이 은근~ 동양인을 차별하는 느낌이 나요. (좌석과 관련해서) 참고하시면 될것같아요.

Just to make you aware that I assure you that our staff are multi national and we have a no tollerance towards discrimination in our hotel. Im saddened that you where made to feel this way. I have stayed at this hotel before in double room, unfortunately the twin room I stayed in this timr was very dated and was lacking in a number of areas such as plug sockets near the beds as my travel companion needed one for a medical device and we had to rearrange the I even with an extension lead so they could use their device. I couldn't fault the staff but maybe you need to look at refreshing the rooms.

Excellent location! Comfy beds, great hotel lobby. This property has such potential but is in need of a full room remodel very badly. A/C didn’t work, windows only opened about 2 inches but saved us for cool fresh air. Outlets are in weird spots, the shower often switched from warm to cold with mold on the ceiling

Quite possibly the worst check in process I have ever experienced. Most certainly is not a four star hotel as advertised. The furniture has seen better days and should have been replaced years ago as should the carpet which was in dire need of cleaning. The location is great and overall just felt like it needed a deep cleaning and updating.

Given its prime location, this hotel has decided it doesn’t need to invest in upkeep or provide a decent service to its customers. No hot water! Half the light bulbs were out. Stodgy interior - may have been luxurious in 1982 but now has peeling wallpaper, rips in the sofa upholstery, strange stains on the toilet seat and lid. On top of all that, the room wasn’t ready at 3pm as promised and the concierge was rude and failed to help with our taxi to the airport. Stay away!
