As a full-service Holiday Inn we do not offer a free Breakfast. Your breakfast was purchased along with your rate. Typically these are collected as you mentioned when ordering from our Menu or collected in the Buffet area. We will investigate the issue with our Server not collecting your Breakfast Voucher during your visit to the Lambortini Bar & Grill.
