They slapped on $125 of extra charges to stay there that we didn’t expect. 75 for pets and $50 deposit and the $50 was refundable. Not they we were refunded. It was run down and kind of icky too. Just wasn’t what we paid for that’s for sure. For what we ended up getting charged we could have just went to the Marriott. Which is exactly what we did in the next town.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry you were upset about the deposit and pet fee. The deposit is required to protect the hotel from damages to the room. It will be refunded to you. It can take up to 14 business days depending on your financial institution. The 75 non refundable pet fee covers any damages to the room due to the pet as well as the extra cleaning required to ensure there are no pet allergens in the room. We hope to welcome you back soon.

We stayed two nights on our road trip. The entrance is hard to find. Not marked at all. We turned in multiple entrances to realize we couldn’t get to the hotel. I tried asking the first desk about it and I was shrugged off. The first time we stayed there were no napkins or butter for breakfast. The food is very minimal. Indoor pool was extremely comfortable but the chemical smell in the room was very intense. Overall good stay for what we payed for the room.

We booked this property after getting stranded in the recent ice storm while traveling. The GPS will try to take you to the hotel from the main highway, but you need to go to the adjacent hotel, Hawthorne, and go through that lot to get to the hotel. The furniture was a little worn and outdated but the mattresses and pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. Room was pretty clean, the carpet is a little old and dingy but didn’t feel gross or dirty. The breakfast was okay but not amazing, though they were likely limited due to the weather conditions. Overall it was lifesaving and a great stay to get us out of the weather. Daughter loved the indoor pool and I loved the gym.

Ok, but not great. Loud, but staff is nice.
When's we arrived out took 10 minutes for anyone to find the front desk person. They allow dogs which can be loud and keep you awake at night with constant barking. WiFi does not work often, and TV is WiFi based, so the TV item doesn't work. They ran out juice and waffles batter 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Staff was very nice.

This property was immaculate in how it looked, it was spotless, the staff at the desk was very warm and friendly, the room was wonderful, really spacious and the shower was amazing. The pressure could have been a little better but it was fine. Breakfast was ok, the biscuits were a little hard but everything else was good. Initially we had an issue with the TV not working but they quickly came up and got it working again. Overall a really good experience.

Internet not working correctly. Pool under maintenance. Meager amount available for breakfast. Only clean room every 3rd day unless requested.

Overall a good experience. Staff met our needs. Breakfast was good. One issue, the room had not been vacuumed in some rime. Corners and behind furniture had not been moved for a while.

Staff was very helpful. TV didn’t work so we were offered a new room. Shower water pressure wasn’t good. Overall a good experience. For the price of the room, it was worth it. Breakfast area was clean.

I will never stay at this hotel again.
This was the dirtiest room that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terrible, hair in a washcloth, hair in a towel, hair in the tub and on the outside of the tub, hair on the bathroom counter. The chair for the work desk was dirty as well.

It was good. The only thing I can complain about is we didn’t get the room cleaned and we were there 5 nights. The breakfast also could have been better.

Checked in on 8/18/2023. The lady at the front desk was VERY helpful. VERY friendly. . The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms also include a microwave and a small refridgerator. Everything in the room was in good repair. The water in the tub was actually HOT! The property is located in a safe and convenient area with many restaurants and stores located nearby. The common areas inside the building were all immaculate. The breakfast was good and the dining area was neat and clean. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.
