Our guest can go right next door to our sister property to enjoy theirs for the time being. I hope that helped.

Hello there, I'm so sorry about the confusion. I do see a note on your reservation that states you weren't sure when you would need housekeeping and that you would notify us. I don't see a note that you notified us but I do see notes that front desk agents called the room every morning to ask but never got an answer. Since you're mentioning that you did, I want to apologize, whichever front desk agent you notified most likely forgot to leave the note. I will review footage to see who it was. Today, I had my head Housekeeper check the room you were in and rooms around same area and they have hot water, I don't know what could have happened but we will keep on eye on things so that if it occurs again we can catch it in time. Hey there, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do offer maid service but it's upon request, one can request daily, every other day or whatever sequence works for the individual guest. I'm sorry that you weren't aware of this, I will talk to my Front Desk to give them a refresher on this so they can always inform all our guest upon check-in. We do also have it posted in our lobby right by our check-in desk.Maybe we'll see you again in the future. We do have a lot of great restaurants in the area. Thank you again.

I did verify your reservation and you did check-in at correct location, we wouldn't off been able to check you in if we didn't have your reservation, I'm very sorry for the confusion.
