I find your review pretty unfair and vague. We have no records of you complaining to front desk about anything. We have a lot of repeat customers who stay with us for our clean rooms, free parking, and great location for Universal Studios (3 min drive to Universal Studios). You booked a very inexpensive 2-star hotel but maybe expected a 5-star hotel customer service. Next time, I suggest that you pay up and book a 5-star hotel.

Next time, I suggest that you pay up and book a 5-star hotel.

I find your review extremely unfair and inaccurate. We have a lot of repeat customers who stay with us for our clean rooms, free parking, and great location for Universal Studios (1.5 miles from the park entrance). You booked the hotel via a third party and called us to cancel your reservation on the day of arrival! You never checked into your room and never even saw the room so how are you able to judge the cleanness of the hotel! It appears that you left this review just because you were not able to get a refund! We require a min 3 days advance notice in order to arrange for a free cancellation / modification.

Your review is extremely unfair and inaccurate. Since we could not offer you a free cancellation, you put this unfair review. You checked in and used the room and then asked for a refund! Please keep in mind that you booked a 2 star hotel with very cheap rates, very clean rooms, free parking, free Wi-Fi, and great location for Universal Studios - only a 5 min drive. We have a lot of repeat customers who stay with us for our clean rooms, cheapest rates in Studio City, free parking, and great location. We certainly do not have any roaches in our room. Our hotel is regularly inspected and treated for pests. Next time, I suggest that you pay up 400-500 per night and book Hilton Hotel and maybe they would be able to satisfy your lofty expectations. Thank you for your review. Our parking lot sometimes gets busy because we offer free parking. Our parking lot is meant for compact and midsize vehicles but we do our best to accomodate larger vehicles. Our front desk hours are limited and vary - call us for more details. We do not serve breakfast. All of the above is disclosed on all sites.

I am surprised by your vague and unfair review. You booked a 2 star hotel in a very expensive area. I do not understand what was terrible about the hotel. We have a lot of repeat guests who come back for our clean rooms, free parking, great service, and great location for Universal Studios Hollywood. The hotel is only 1.5 miles from the park.

I am surprised ad confused by your unfair vague review, What was so terrible? You booked a cheap two star hotel with clean rooms, great location for Universal Studios, with free parking, and free Wi-Fi. A lot of our customers are repeat customers who come back for our great low prices, clean rooms, free parking, and great location.

Your review is very inaccurate and unfair! You made two prepaid reservations under your own name for your family members and you were not present at the time of check-in. As per Expedia / Hotels.com rule, with all prepaid reservations, the name on the reservation must match the name of the person who is checking into the hotel room. On the morning of arrival, you were informed that you need to call Expedia / Hotels.com and change the name on the reservation. Again, later in the day, we emailed you and reminded you to please contact Expedia to change the name on the reservations; but, you did not change the name on the reservations and got upset with the hotel because your family members were not able to check in!When you make a prepaid reservation through a third party, we are not allowed to make any changes to that reservations at the hotel. If you had problem with Expedia, you should have put a review for Expedia. But instead, you are putting an unfair and inaccurate review for the hotel!

I am sorry if you found hair in the shower and on the sheets. We have no record of you complaining to the front desk. If you had brought it up to our attention, we would have cleaned it for you. The sheets are always changed after guests check out. Our front desk clerks always make sure that rooms are completely stripped by our housekeepers and washed in all of our check out rooms. Unfortunately, sometimes hair gets stuck to the laundry in the dryer and housekeepers miss it. That does not mean that we do not change the sheets. WE ALWAYS WASH AND CHANGE THE SHEETS.
