The property address is not the same as listed and therefore you spend time driving around aimlessly until you call. Parking is an extra $10. The hallways and our room (until we switched) smelled of smoke. Only plus was the breakfast in the morning. Lots of great options.

I was asked for a physical ID. Although I had a copy of my mobile ID, they didn't accept it. They never showed their policy about having to present a physical ID at the time of registration, even though I already had paid off my stay and had the receipt with me.

The hotel room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. There is gated parking for the car which is nice since it's not the nicest neighbourhood. Good for a night before flying out for sure.

Do not believe any of the good reviews! This place was in a horrible part of town. So scary that I didn’t even get out of the car and we had to drive and stay somewhere else.

Clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location near the airport. Good brekfast food. Very bad service from front desk. I was trying to get shampoo and soap container refill for 4 days with no sucess. Personal in front desk did not answer the phone or let me on hold forever.

Front Desk Employees are Rude
Front Desk Staff is Rude. Had to pick teeth just for a late check out. Blood on my pillowcase. SWITCHED MY ROOM AND THERE WAS NO BODY WASH, TOOTHPASTE. MAINTENANCE HAD TO COME REPAIR THE HEATER

Stayed here for a night so we didn’t have to make the drive up to LA for the Bluey x CAMP experience the next day (it’s approximately 30 min from the Westfield Century City Mall). The highlight of this hotel would probably be the indoor pool since you do not see that often. We were able to take a swim even in the middle of winter (yes, it’s too cold in California to swim outdoors now, haha). Water was warm, good size pool, and a hot tub too. Our kiddoes loved it! Decor was simple & clean. We had to switch our room & they were accommodating. Beds were comfy (more on the firmer side). Also loved that they had a fridge & a microwave in the room. Breakfast was included which included a variety of foods including bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, and diy pancakes (regular & mini version). Their attention to detail at this location was very welcomed, and I definitely noticed. The staff understood the motto “making you happy makes us happy.” Thank you for making our stay a short, but great trip! Will definitely return when we’re in the area again.
