Nice place for biz trip
전반적으로 청결했고, 직원 서비스도 괜찮았습니다. 아침은 간단한 continental breakfast로 제공했는데, 별도 과금으로 제공해서 간단하고 빠르게 식사하고 싶은 경우 이용하기 좋습니다. 이 외 방에 별도 커피포트나 커피머신이 없어서 다소 아쉬웠지만 아침에 일정 시간대에 커피를 무료로 제공해서 그 점은 괜찮았습니다.

I lost my Gopro camera in hotel. But I know that's totally my fault. so I requested to help me. Because it's my most significant item.. Kimpton officers said to me.. " I'll call you back". But my phone never been rang. But your hotel and kindness was good. I just disappointed your sevices after I left. thank you.

내부 룸 컨디션 및 호텔 전체적으로 매우 잘 관리되어 있고, 깔끔하며, 프런트 데스크 직원들도 아주 친절합니다. 호텔 내 수영장 등 roof top 이용 시설등이 있어 중간 중간 휴식을 취하기에도 적당합니다. 호텔 위치는 주변이 번화하진 않지만, 도보 10여분 거리에 각종 편의시설 및 마트가 있으며, LA에서 꼭 봐야 한다는 urban light 등 뮤지엄이 가까이 있어 시간 날 때 돌아보기에도 좋습니다.

Location is key.
The hotel itself was amazing. Friendly staff, sizeable rooms (for LA), great restaurant and rooftop/heated-pool. My only complaint would be the neighborhood. I've stayed at a couple of Kimpton's in LA, and this would have to be my least favorite... only because of the location.

I have stayed at my share of 4-star hotels, and this was not a 4-star experience. In fact, there are 3-star hotels that deserve a higher rating in comparison. Pros: - The hotel is located in a safer neighbourhood relative to the DTLA area and provided easy access to our destinations. - Considering it is on a busy road, it was very quiet and we were not bothered by any noises. - Modern and well-kept. - Ample bathroom counter and shower space. - Has cute little rooftop bar with great cocktails. - Very polite valet service. Cons: - We stayed for 8 nights and were only given one pair of slippers. When we asked for a second pair, we were told they were out of stock and would have to wait a few days. A few days went by and when we asked again, we were told they didn't stock slippers. (??) - No pen/penpad in the room, and it was difficult to get in touch with the front desk when we needed assistance. - Room service removed our water glasses one day and left us without any. When we called the front desk to ask for some, they were delivered after two hours. - There are a number of hidden fees to watch out for, in particular the $46/night valet parking, as well as the $25/night service charges (which include WiFi). - In-room snacks were outrageously priced. - Staff were polite, but not extremely warm or helpful. Overall, was it horrible? No. However, I'm astounded at the level of service and lack of basic amenities for a hotel with a 4-star rating. Would not stay here again.

Things were stolen from our room and things taken out of the mini bar while we were out for the day. The hotel charged us the mini bar consumption and didn’t seem too phased by the fact that our stuff went missing. Assured us that housekeeping was well trained.
