Good value for the price
It was clean and comfy. The heater did not work but they gave us an extra blanket and we wete cozy. We were traveling with our elderly cat so when we were checking out we couldn't leave the door open while loading our car. The only annoying thing that happened was our room key expired while we were loading our car, so we had to get another one to finish up, we had plenty of time before check out time. Otherwise good value for the price and friendly helpful service.

Room was clean
Exterior could be upgraded but room was clean. No coffee maker which is too bad as during the pandemic, many travelers are eating in their rooms but can't have hot water without a coffee maker, e.g. oatmeal, soup, tea.

Rooms are spacious, nice bed, not too noisy if you get a room in the back. This Motel 6 is right on the busy Coast Highway. Unfortunately no office access or morning coffee at this time. You have to check in outside through a window due to the current condition (Covid).

Very noisy and shady
The first room we had was on the first floor near the street and office. It was hard to sleep with the traffic noise and with the guest above us being loud walking hard. The vending machines were next to our room too. All we heard was people chatting loudly as they were getting snacks from the vending machine. We complained to the office about our room and was switched to another room a little farther from the street on the second floor. The poor receptionist was too scared to even confront the guests about the noise! The second room was better. The towels were hard. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. They only offer a thin comforter and sheet to sleep in. The neighborhood itself was tweaker central close to downtown Long Beach. Stay if you need somewhere to do drugs and take a prostitute!

I was a little nervous cause I wasn’t too familiar with the area but overall I enjoyed my stay. Right next to gas station and jack in the box. Clean average motel 6.

Extortion and Body Fluids
It was horrible and I was charged an extortionist fee for a mini room. The bed had pubic hair and body waste. I have hives and someone needs to contact me IMMEDIATELY to address that. How dare you all have the nerve to book the room. Responsive once she came in the next morning but it doesn’t makeup for booking the room or any room in that condition.

Great staff and the highlight of this location. I've stayed here multiply times with little to no issues. For the price the value seems fair for this location. There is some maintenance issues that are easy fixes, but are an eye sore left unattended like a strip of decor being held together by tape. Parking is reasonable and have never had any issues with dings or dents when I return to my vehicle.

The room itself smelled as if the last occupants smoked inside. There were hairs in the bathtub. Towel holders were broken. Staff is friendly though. Only redeemable quality.

Didn’t work for me!
Towels were small and ruff, however I was able to exfoliate my skin, 😛. Bed linens were also ruff. Location was noisy with 3 main streets coming together. Ice machine was broken and I had to ask for a TV remote. I don’t think I will be staying here again.

Front desk employees were amazing and tried to accommodate in every way they could. House keeping was nonexistent even when asked for by no fault of the front desk. Heater didnt work, had to sleep in my jeans and sweatshirt to keep warm at all. The on the last night house keeping threw towels on the bed just inside the door and turned the nonworking heater to AC! Ya could have bred penguins in there! Due to lazy inconsiderate guests, there was dog poop everywhere. Twice i went to get out of my truck and stepped in crap! It smelled so bad outside and in the room of feces and urine. I did talk to the day manager, she did apologize and it looking into fixing things.
