아웃렛과 가깝고 무료 주차여서 예약했지만 직원들도 불친절하고 호텔에 있는 고객들도 불친절했습니다. 동양 사람 자체가 없는 동네이고 환영하지 않는 분위기입니다. 방 상태도 최악이고 주변도 안 좋아요.절대 예약하지 말아요. 이 금액으로 공항 근처에 있는 four points holliday inn 등이 훨씬 더 좋습니다. 비교 불가 입니다.

The property was kept clean. The room was spotless when I arrived. I used the gym during my stay and that was also spotless. The free breakfast had great selection and everything I needed to do during my business trip was nearby. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

The first room I got was not fully cleaned, I asked for a change of rooms and they were kind enough to get me a diferent room and when they did the room service they did not sweep the bathroom floor and the carpet was not fully vacumed. But staff was friendly for sure.

Nice Hotel, clean and comfortable. The breakfast area gets really busy and not well kept. The busyness is most likely duevto cruisers coming and going.

The hotel room was great, but we did not get the room key becuz the front desk told us the machine was down, cannot generate the room key for us, very inconvenience as we need to staff walk us to our room every time to open the room door for us. EV charger in the parking lot was broken and not working, the faucet at the sink in our room was broken (it cannot turn off once you turn it on, very challenged when u see the water is running and u can’t turn it off), the building look nice, free breakfast was great but then the hotel do need some work done.

En general bien, en la habitación se escucha mucho el ruido externo y de las habitaciones de arriba, no me gusto la atención de una señorita en recepción, no fue amable ni comprensiva con el tema quw no estaba el vehículo que iba a usar para darle la placa y no quería enterarme las llaves de la habitación por eso. Por lo demás bien.
