Lovely staff, cannot fault that. Location is excellent and well connected. I don’t drive and had to rely on busses and had no problems. The rooms are clean and beds comfy. You MUST bring earplugs. I could hear my neighbours extremely well, as well as traffic outside. So be prepared but you’ll be fine other than that.

Both TV and phone malfunctions in my room. Had to unplug phone due to constant ringing. Had to reset TV several times due to random switching inputs. Curtains looked ratty. Room was clean & comfortable, easy access to restaurants, relatively quiet.

Bathrooms are original from 60's, need a reno. The whole property is lacking maintenance and upkeep. Very loud from traffic at night.

Great staff, well maintained, many of the bathrooms have been recently renovated, restaurants as close as next door/across the street. only downside—problematic wifi. constantly going down;

Our overall stay was absolutely terrible, We arrived at the hotel at 11 at night and we couldn’t sleep at all because the people around us were so loud and obnoxious, they were blasting music and jumping, and when we told the staff they did not give a single crap. There was cigarette burns on the blankets, and the showers were completely rusted. And when we tried to park, the parking was either completely taken or the parking roofs would be shorter than me (I’m 5’10). This has to be my worst hotel stay I have ever had.

I would never stay in this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The floor was scotch taped and it was sinking. The fridge was rusted. The sheets were smelly and dirty. The pillows were really just stuffed pillowcases of something I couldn’t stand the smell of the room and the sheets, I would not recommend it. I left the same night the hotel staff is not so nice. I try to get my refund because I didn’t stay there. They gave me a runaround. The manager gave me a runaround. I am still waiting for my refund and I didn’t get it. I’m very disappointed. I would never go there and not recommend this place to anyone , they lie to you when you ask for the manager.

Great place to stay just to rest your head. Staff said there was coffee at 7 but every morning we went they said it wasn’t ready yet so that was the only bummer.

The room we stayed in was big. But the people who they allow to stay were smoking weed from pipes at the patio area while my children under 10 were outside. Not only ny children but other family children were out on patio and the staff did not tell the weed smokers anything. Will not stay there again. I did bot like that checkin was at three and i could not check in till after 5 pm very disappointing that was a waste of a day waiting to check in.

It started great! Super welcoming front desk. Walked in and it was ok at first glance but then… Phone wasn’t even plugged in, missing buttons along the top. So when we wanted clean towels we went to the front desk to ask. No biggie. Room had black spots on one wall that lead to the ceiling, which still has popcorn ceilings. I took a towel to it and it smudged. So gross. I’m assuming black mold? Bed was not comfortable, super hard in my opinion. Bathroom needs to be gutted. First off the shower curtain rod bows in the middle, so no matter how careful you are to not get water out of the tub during a shower IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. shower curtain was constantly meeting at the middle. Then the tiles are super slippery when wet. We just kept adding more and more towels to the floor to avoid slipping. There’s no fan to help with moisture so it’s always wet inside. I opened the window but it’s not a window that you want opened due to the neighborhood. The shower head hurt and could not be fixed to a setting that it didn’t hurt my body. The hot/cold features need to be replaced. Trying to get a water temperature that worked was hard no wasted a lot of water getting it to warm rather than scolding hot or freezing cold. Room 103 needs a remodel ASAP!

Don’t book
This place was just soo dirty, the mattresses were a total joke. The shower was not cleaned. It did not feel safe. I didn’t even want to park my car in their parking. I could hear neighborhood kids playing right outside my bathroom window.

do not recommend staying here.
Hotel was just for one night for business. Had to move rooms tiles were falling off in shower. 2nd room had hair left in bathroom shower and overall, the hotel was not clean. Would not stay here again.

This is our second time, staying in this Hotel, is not fancy, but it has everything, we Needed, and is clean, with a lot restaurants closer, , very close to the freeway, universal studios, & downtown L.A., it is in a Nice area., employees are Nice , They make your stay easy, We definitely are going to stay here , in our Next trip. Note: they are charging $13 for parking.
