Secondly we do offer daily housekeeping which involves the cleaning of the floor, which you opted out 2/3 days of your stay, which may have added to the accumulated dust and dirtiness on the floor- California can be very dusty! Additionally, we have a linen and textile service in which we consistently get new linens and towels, the towels are not dated but we apologize that they were not satisfactory for you.Unfortunately during the holidays and just in general a lot of turnover may occur, for whatever reason. We take having employees who are well informed for our property details and amenities very serious. For this type of event there are many sources of information online to be obtained. We apologize he didn't take the extra effort to assist you, it will be discussed amongst the team.

During this type of event, managing ordeals such as this becomes daunting.We did offer you a refund on your very generous rate, however. You had a rate about 80% lower than what most people paid due to your timing of the reservation; good job! We did do whatever we could to make this right, we also comped the rollaway bed charging you no additional fees.In the future we do hope to be able to accommodate any guest which may suffer this inconvenience, it's a learning process for all involved.

Hi Monika,It's unlikely that it's mold you're seeing on the tiles, it's more likely it is mildew. We do assess every room upon check-out, unfortunately sometimes things are overlooked. We will definitely send this to the team to discuss. Thank you!To address the breakfast concern: We have long since updated our websites to reflect that we have a free breakfast, not a continental. Some say grab and go, some say light; some have refused to update our information. I assure you we have done our due diligence in this matter to accurately reflect our amenities.

We apologize that the bed was not to your liking. It is a difficult task to get a type of bed that accommodates everyone's specific needs, be it more firm or more soft. If we could do a one-size-fits-all we definitely would do it!

Hi David!Yes, our housekeepers do have hair. Unfortunately, particles of hair may also be influenced in the wind and hide in very small corners of rooms etc. I apologize that you saw hair, we will discuss this further with housekeeping.

This is, quite simply, the purest form of fiction I have ever read in a review for quite a long while. Mohamed, you simply inquired about the WiFi in which we asked "What are you trying to do on the wifi?". The reply was more along the lines of "Well, it has bandwidth limits so it may have to do with that". Our housekeepers would never go through your items, nor utilize your room as their own, they have been with us for 10+ years and would simply not risk their job to utilize a microwave, one of which they have in their laundry room and our front desk...We apologize for the internet issue, but your slander against our property that rings untrue is simply unconscionable. These employees work very hard to be dragged down by lies.
