상식이 통하지는 않는 숙소입니다.
체크인 시간에 맞혀서 숙소에 도착했지만, 숙소주인은 방을 줄수 없다는 말도 안되는 이야기를 했다. 이에 호텔스 닷컴에 항의를 했지만 호텔스닷컴 역시 적극적으로 도와주지 않고 시간이 질질 끌었습니다. 우리 가족은 아기 3명을 포함해서 총 7명이 었는데 숙소앞에서 3시간 가까이 시간을 낭비해야했습니다. 결국 호텔스닷컴에서도 해결해 주지 못해 개인적으로 1시간 떨어진 숙소를 예약해서 이동을 하고 연락을했지만 말도 안되는 이유로 숙박을 거절했다고 합니다. 체크인 시간에 늦어서 그랬다는 늦지도 않고 문제는 호텔스닷컴에 올린 금액과 자기들이 받는 금액 차이가 나고 방도 이미 만실이었습니다. 어설프게 방관리하는 호텔측도 문제지만 이 문제에 대해 빠른 처리를 못하는 호텔스 닷컴도 좀 어이가 없네요.

Price was not fit for the room
The hotel was nothing like the picture. Found a few crockroches on the kitchen counter.

So so hotel good location, trere is not recepcionist you need to call and they asked that you have to send your credict card and id by txt messange ( it is not secure) I have to do it because was very night and I am very tired to go to other hotel

It had a bad smell, hairs in the bathroom. Roaches in the rooms and kitchen.

When space is more important than quality
We had a late check-in which went fine. I had to call to see where to go and here was someone up to help me. The place was spacious enough for the 6 of us. It was very rundown though, had one TV which didn't work, the floors were all so uneven. The kitchen had been retiled and whenever I went in I'd trip forgetting there was a 1" difference. The kitchen didn't have a toaster which did affect us cause I brought Toaster Strudel for breakfast. The dishes were all so dirty I had to do the dishes before I coujd even start to cook. I could tell the sponge was not new so I had to put in microwave for 3 minutes to kill the germs. The bathrooms need remodeling, they are very rundown and old with pieces of floor missing and various holes everywhere. The toilet had not been cleaned well. I needed to use my hand sanitizer on seat before using it. The beds and linens were clean. Luckily we didn't spend much time in this place. It served a purpose for eating and sleeping but definitely not anything else. The price was right for having many beds and two bathrooms. Plenty of privacy, although the master bathroom door didn't lock.

My review
I'm not happy with this property at all. The pictures on your site are misleading. No washer/dryer in unit as depicted. They are downstairs and you have to pay to use them. TV but no cable! !! I would highly recommend you remove this property from your listing.

It was very noisy outside and inside when the toilet is flushed. There are cockroaches. (Sp). The tv wasn't hooked up. There was no sitting area exceptin the kkitchen or on the beds.

Close to Universal Studios
Stayed in 3bdrm 2bath house convienent to have kitchen and washer & dryer. Close to stores. 20 minutes away fr Will Rodgers beach and Santa Monica Pier. It's spacious and nice to be away from neighbors. Come & go when you please. Sink kept clogging up in bathroom but nothing bad. Loved that the kids can sleep in own rooms. Needed TV in master bedroom it was in kids room.

LA trip
This was the most dirt, old looking hotel i have book. I didn't stay there. I could not sleep in that room. IT was so dirt and the bed looked like it was over 100 years old. The bedding for the beds look like they haven't be clean in years. IT not worth they stay. This trip ending up costing me $800.00 more to stay in a nicer hotel. I sad to see they hotel on Hotel.Com listing. The manager would not refund any of my money. The out side of this place had garbage all over the place, used TV, Coach etc. I could not get the manager to pick up his phone. I had to call Hotel.com more then once. Just to get in the room. Save you money don't book here.

Nightmare
I've never experence before. This APT?Hotel?? is dirty,dangerous,smell. When I enter this, I can not stand a second. I took photos of dirty,dangerous,smell images to the management and request refund. Please do not choose this APT.

Great place for a family to stay
I needed a place for me and my 4 kids that didn't cost to much. This apartment was great and was fully furnished. It was clean in a good area and had plenty of beds. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Problems
Like other reviews said, it is difficult to check in. I had to call hotels dot com to get the property manager's number, then call that number, leave a message, then wait for a return call. It took half an hour and we were tired, hungry, and needed to use the restroom after our drive, so be prepared for that. The place was very clean, but many items were broken or not functioning: broken tiles on the floor, loose towel rack falls off wall, flat screen tv wouldn't work, no wifi provided, smoke detector disconnected. Worst of all, after checking out, I was blamed for some broken items and the property manager plans on charging me for them!! When I find out if he actually will try to charge me or not (he is not returning my calls), I will UPDATE this review--hopefully for the better!

Arrived to apartment and no none was on site, the building seems empty, had to make several calls, no one picked up the calls left messages and txt finally a reply. The outside of the building is dirty and old but inside is clean. Tube tv just plugged to the wall couldn't watch it.

Driving distance apartment from universal studios
Overall was a positive experience. Lot of additional beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils. Bath rooms were clean. Wi-fi worked without any problems. A few negatives: The towels in the bathroom were not all washed(Will not be a problem if you carry your own, as this is not a hotel), the cable TV wasn't working.
