I am sorry that you did not even like the area in the first place and wanted to cancel but I could not cancel as it was Expedia reservation. I even told you to call them and despite that you stayed and also did not like the room condition. You did not have to stay If the room was not satisfactory and I would have refunded you in full and did not even complain when you checked out

I am sorry that the room was not that clean and need maintenance. We will take this up with the maid and the rooms to see what needs attention.

If you see someone doing it, you should report that guest to the office because we do not encourage or allow anyone doing business like that here. I will check on this but It is difficult to check on each guests. I know that you had a problem when checking in where you thought your reservation was prepaid but it was not.
