Unfortunately our oven was unexpectedly not working which caused us to not be able to provide a hot breakfast. However we are back to serving our full hot breakfast. We also have bar soap at the front desk that is available by request. The front desk can also provide additional amenities such as cups, coffee pods, towels and pillows upon request. I hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you again and to show that your unsatisfactory stay is not our normal.
