The Staff from reception to the restaurant are extremely unfriendly. Not welcoming at all. The rooms are basic, the beds are ok. The hotel is just convenient for a 1 night stay

El desayuno muuuuy malo. Además de no tener variedad en frutas. Nos dalieronxon que tenían desabasto. Para el segundo día no había ya más que piña y sandía desabrida. No había ya granola ni miel. Había que estarle pidiendo que surtieran nuevamente yogurth o jamón de baja calidad. El jugo mega rebajado para que les rinda . Compramos chilaquiles y omellete igualmente SIN SAZON.

Es caro para lo que dan, no tienen un ropero para colgar la ropa, el tv es pequeñito. Too expensive for what the hotel give in exchange.

This was a great place to stay. We wanted something with parking and good transportatin options. They called us an Uber and this driver was fabulous!!!! She was always available when we needed her. It was like our own personal driver. The staff at City Plus was great and we will definatly reccomend to al our friends!

Muchas gracias por tus comentarios Ernesto, nos da gusto saber que tuviste una grata experiencia en nuestro hotel, desafortunadamente el tema del internet fue un problema de la zona ocasionado por la fibra óptica de TELMEX, empezó en la madrugada del miércoles 21 de febrero, reestableciéndose a las 3:00 pm del mismo día. Lamentablente no estaba en nuestras manos el problema, pero esperamos nos visites nuevamente muy pronto!

Nice hotel clean and comfy, the pool area is not that big, parking is guarded 24/7 with a security guard on site. It is about 3-5 miles from the main area on the beach in Cabo. The bathroom in the room was a little small though, and not a whole lot of space for your things to set. The continental bfast is ok but just that. Nothing that you will feel full like a regular meal, i do recommend a restaurant called Stop Light that is a distance from the hotel but totally worth it.

Good but not fantastic.
Hotel was very clean and very quiet, barely heard anything when in our room. A/C was very quiet, bed very comfortable. Daily housekeeping which was nice to have. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Everything was very clean really. However, breakfast not so good, same thing every day. The only protein was tasteless "ham" and tasteless white "cheese", not even hard-boiled eggs. Same every day. But lots of fruit. Most of the staff spoke little-to-no English, can be a plus if you like that part of being in a foreign country, can be a real negative if you really need to communicate or ask a question about bus schedules, best way to airport, etc. We ate at hotel's restaurant late the night we arrived, VERY expensive. There were 2 outstanding restaurants with a 5-minute walk, Higos y Olivos (Italian) and Claros Fish Jr. (seafood), with fair prices. Hotel was a 5-minute taxi ride into downtown Cabo Marina area, but just not as convenient as I would have preferred. Last-minute booking so we were glad to have a room. We felt the hotel was really geared to Mexican nationals rather than tourists, but that was not a problem for us, just something to know. Overall a good property.

La camarista no hizo el aseo uno de los 7 días que me quedé, no ponía completas las amenidades que ofrece el hotel, quería hacer la habitación cuando se le daba la gana y si no se le desocupaba ya no la quería hacer. Es la primera vez que me pasa eso en un City Express y vaya que conozco muchos en toda la República Mexicana. En el bufete de desayuno, el primer día el mesero ofreció café, cómo no se le dió propina (pues el bufette es de autoservicio), los días siguientes nunca más ofreció café, pese a que los meseros acaparan las jarras de café para condicionar la propina. En otros hoteles City Express el café es de autoservicio sin restricciones. El Departamento de Recursos Humanos de City Express debería poner más atención en el tipo de personal que contrata, se supone que deben aplicar test psicométricos para evitar este tipo de actitudes en el futuro personal.

We got there late room freezing. Tried to turn off air conditioning could not. Called front desk sent a man up. Didnt speak english we said very cold! Ask to turn it off. He turned the tempature down even colder. We had to sleep in our clothes and jackets shivering. Then we went to go to bed pulled the sheets back long dark hairs in my bed. Sheets all wrinkled. Then my friend pulls her sheet back on her bed even more long dark hairs and wrinkled sheets. Called down again. Same man brought sheets up. Asked again to shut off air. Didnt understand. So we pulled sheets off put new ones on. Layed down in clothes and jackets. Woke up freezing even colder in the morning. It was miserable!!!! Breakfast lady so sweet and helpfull. Very kind.
