Y el encargado del lobby fue muy grosero con nosotris pesimo , x eso nunca lo reconendare.yacusi

The view was nice with the mountains but, cats roaming everywhere and dogs urinating by the outdoor pizza oven. Also, they never tried to keep the outdoor grill somewhat covered to keep birds from pooping on it. We stayed there for 7 days and only laid by the pool for only one day because we were told by the staff that we couldn’t bring our insulated cups to the pool because we had to purchase beverages from them and all we had was water in them. We didn’t even try to get in the pool because it was cloudy and had a green ring around the inside of it. We never seen anyone clean the pools or the outdoor dining tables that the cats laid on. We will never stay at this so called four star resort again

Estoy muy molesta que me hayan obligado a cambiar de habitacion la ultima noche y que la nueva habitacion no era igual que la que tuve primero. La razón de que reservara este hotel era para descansar porque tenia mucho trabajo en areas cercanas al hotel y terminé durmiendo en un sofá cama porque no me dieron la habitación que yo habia reservado con 2 camas

I liked it! I stayed here through the hurricane and felt safe. The staff was so kind and attentive. I will say...it's a little out of the way, but an Uber into town is not too expensive. You just wont have other restaurants around. I recommend going to Fresko for groceries and getting the king room with the kitchennette. Special thanks to the front desk because they kept me sane while I waited out the storm. :)

The property is really nice, clean, secured, plenty of parking but over the weekend it gets very crowdy. If you like to play golf it is the perfect place, pool is small for the size of the property , but again, good location and safe.

propertry was excellent. Locater signs difficult to locate. Room excelelnt. Inner court yard perfect.But very little in saying to the guest its a golf resort. I live in a golf resort Omni Resort in La Costa California

Beautiful place
The place was amazing! The only recommendation will be to update the utensils in the kitchen. It was clean, the a/c was cold. The pool area was very nice and clean. 💯 Recommended

En general todo estuvo muy bien, salvo que en la reservación en línea se menciona desayunó incluido y no se especifica que tipo de desayuno, el cual al pedirlo nos dijeron que era continental, solo café y pan Creo que se debe ser muy claro porque por lo que cobran por ese servicio, no vale la pena

I love this hotel , I’ve been coming here for over 10 years , the staff it’s friendly and housekeeping did an excellent job , I was a little disappointed about the food though, but the desserts were delicious

We’ve been coming here for 20 years. Always a wonderful experience. We love being a bit inland with no vendors etc passing through the property. Quiet and family friendly resort.

Me gustó mucho la propiedad en su diseño, amplitud y además de muy bien mantenida. La habitación excelente, y la cocineta razonablemente equipada. Tiene 2 albercas de buen tamaño, pero sólo una de ellas climatizada; además un jacuzzi también de buen tamaño; se puede perfectamente pasar ahí buena parte del día y más si se va con niños. El restaurant bueno y, aunque no económico, está aproximandamente al nivel de precio de los restaurantes equivalentes afuera. A unos 8 minutos en auto de playa Médano, que en mi opinión es la mejor para nadar por estar en bahía (aunque en esta época del año el agua está fresca). Si regresara a Los Cabos, definitivamente ahí regresaría.

The service was poorer this year than in past years. Getting ice and towels was more difficult than previously. Some of the staff acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for common amenities or minimal help. We have been going to this property for about 10 years now and were a little disappointed this year.

Invest in ice machine and water for guests
The pool towels were old and ratty . Several days they had none! No ice machine. Had to get ice and water at the bar and they gave you a dirty look every time !! It’s 81 and hot we needed to hydrate. Invest in an ice machine and water for guests!!! Pool chairs were broken or so worn and saggy. Paint chips in the pool by the swim up bar. Pool side tables were always dirty. Place is falling apart .

What a beautiful place! Bed was incredibly comfortable. Google maps will not get you there. Get off the main road and onto the service road. This resort to to really improve it’s signage and directions on the website. Calling the resort was no help either. Also, could not run the a/c because every time I did dirt and some dead bugs would blow onto the bed right where I would lay my head. You have to 6’ tall to use the microwave! It’s way high on top of the fridge! (But we are having the same issue at another resort, so is this a “Mexican” thing?). Very expensive restaurant for Mexico but delicious food and outstanding service!

If you look for relaxation and fun don't stay here
Overall the hotel was a little less than good, the restaurant food is not the greatest and is expensive, so I only dine in once. The shower was hard to open and the towels were old. I was disappointed that the whirlpool was not working because was in repair and they didn't have a date when it will work, so during my stayed there wasn't working. The pools were frizzing cold, so I couldn't use them not even once! The staff was very nice and welcoming and the housekeeping was great! It was nice to have a stove and a fridge. It you have problems with stairs make sure you get a room downstairs, I had to request a change of room because the stairs were difficult as I have a problem with one of my knees. The hotel is about 7 minutes to the Marina if you take an Uber or a Taxi, if you want to walk or explore around the area there is nothing around the area to go for a walk or explore.

The room photos and my actual room did not look similar. I was charged for what looked like hotel branded complimentary water and the pool area is less attractive in person than in the photos.

Fue una experiencia buena - regular.. en las fotos del hotel se miraba que tenían un restaurante y un bar, pero en lugar de bar era una isla de bebidas en la alberca y el restaurante no era como un restaurante más bien una comida campirana al aire libre , donde había moscas molestas y las condiciones del clima también no te hacía agradable comer ahí , aparte el menú era muy escaso y no te daban como que muchas opciones para el desayuno, o comida, más bien eran antojitos o lunch.. la habitación muy bien y el personal de limpieza muy muy atento.. recepción no tanto… más bien regular o muy sin embargo, en general la pase bien, pero pudo haber estado mucho mejor

Our reservation said it had 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Upon arrival we found out the the “two twin beds” was actually the sofa which doesn’t even turn into a sofa bed. They also advertise kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and there was no fridge on the room just the hole where it’s suppose to go. It was a huge disappointment and the hotel staff are aware of this false publicity and continue to book rooms this way. Awful experience i don’t recommend this hotel at all. There are so many other options with better accommodations and staff.

Hola Daniela, We are going to review how the description of rooms are as we do not have any room with a king bed plus two twin beds. Thank you for bring this to our attention. All roms have kitchenette and some have full size refrigerator others have a mini fridge that depends on the category reserved. Hopefully next time that you would like to have a photoshoot you contact us in advance to coordínate hours, permissions and areas. As we spoke during your stay we have to respect the privacy of all our our guests and that is the main reason we have to deny the permit. Saludos

I liked that this resort was quiet and not crowded, it was away from the beach but nice to not have crowds. The pool is very nice.
