이 아파트에서 제공하는 연락처, 위치정보는 믿지 마세요..
체크인 안내와 호텔정보는 역대급 최악이다. 전화번호, 체크인 위치, 사진이 전혀 맞지 않았다. 심지어 바우처에 적혀있는 데스크 전화번호는 없는 팩스번호이며, 데스크 위치가 나온 주소지로 가면 그곳이 아니었다. 수많은 현지인에게 겨우겨우 물어물어 이곳을 찾아갔을때 데스크 직원의 한마디는 메세지로 이미 안내했는데 당신이 잘못한 거라고 한다. 정말 어이없다.이곳을 예약하는 사람들은 사전에 반드시 전화와 데스크 위치를 모두 확인해야만 한다. 그렇지만 아파트는 구조, 청결도도 좋았고 포근해서 매우 만족스러웠다. 기대했던 광고에 나온 사진과 다른곳에 묶게 되었다 이곳은 시내와 그리 멀지는 않지만 이면도로에 입구가 있어서 야간 출입시에는 다소 두려움을 느껴야 했다. 안내정보를 제대로 제공하세요.

나쁘지는 않지만 비슷한 이름의 숙소가 많아서 주의 필요함.

Disgraceful organisation/Waste of Time!!!!!!
Myself and my partner booked this place for a Saturday night in December for the Christmas Market. After checking out of our previous apartment on Saturday morning we headed to the address named on the booking for picking up the keys (Not the apartment address). Upon arriving to collect keys we were told that the keys were not in fact collected at this address and we should in fact walk to a THIRD address. So we walked with all our luggage to the third address which turned out to be the LUXURY SILENCE APARTMENT BUILDING. We waited half an hour for a receptionist to then be told that we were not staying in that building either and we could not collect keys there either. We were pointed in the direction of a FOURTH address!!! So we took our luggage and walked to the 4th address and thought we had succeeded when told this was THE PLACE. AFTER 2 HOURS WASTED CARRYING LUGGAGE AROUND THE CITY we had found the place. We left our luggage and went to enjoy the Christmas market for an hour before checking in. Upon returning to check in we were told that in fact WE WERE NOT staying at this place, only collecting the keys! We were given keys and told our apartment was in fact AT THE 1ST ADDRESS we had visited!! So we had wasted almost 3 hours of our Saturday due to sheer incompetence. The apartment company is a shambles, there is no logic, no common sense, no communication, you do not stay in the address as advertised, AVOID IF YOU ARE SHORT ON TIME!!!!

Apartment im Zentrum von Breslau
Das Apartment liegt direkt im Zentrum, allerdings muss der Schlüssel ca. 1km ausserhalb abgeholt werden. Das heisst man fährt zuerst zur Reception und muss danach nochmals 1 km zum Apartment laufen. Was wir als sehr ungünstig empfanden. Insbesondere da man ja noch seine Koffer dabei hat. Für jedes Zimmer gab es ein separates WLan. Das uns abgegebene Passwort resp. Das WLan Netzwerk war in unserem Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Auf Nachfrage hies es „immer wieder probieren, irgendwann funktioniert es“. Erst als wir Abends nochmals nachfragten gab man uns dass Passwort vom bei uns im Zimmer erreichbaren Netzwerkes. Das inklusive Frühstück wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht. Dies hat aber beim ersten Tag nicht geklappt. Um dies zu melden musste man wieder bei der Receoption vorbei gehen. Nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit bis jemand kam konnten wir unsere Reklamation anbringen. Am zweiten Tag klappte es dann. Wir werden Zukünftig darauf achten, ein normales Hotel zu wählen, da wir die Reception und das Zimmer gerne nahe beieinander haben.

They don’t care about their customers
First of all it was very confusing to find the right location. They operate in 2 buildings and we had to walk from one building to the other because in one of the buildings you check in and get the keys and in the other building there is different staff from an other company which cannot help. But our main problem was: They couldn’t let us into the room because the door lock was defect. First they tried to solve it own their own which took a lot of time. We lost the whole evening in Breslau...it was our only day there :( at the end they couldn’t unlock the door and It took us three hours to find a solution wich would be fine for both sides but the manger was very unfriendly and didn’t want to help and take the responsibility for their mistake. Same with the Co-Manager. They didn’t felt sorry at all and didn’t behave very professional to make us still satisfied. They didn’t provide compensation although it was their fault that we hasnt have a room for our only night in Breslau on a Saturday!! We felt very disappointed. The staff in the hotel itself was kind, but they couldn’t really help since it was a managers decision to make. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!! You don’t have a good customer service and also that you have to walk from one building to the other is very annoying. Even more that the staff in the building we should stay was not the staff from Luxury Silent House we booked through so you never could ask them anything...Luxury is a word they shouldn’t use

Comfortable, good location
I recommend the property, but had problems with the check in. They were supposed to send me an email with instructions that never came. Even if sent, you have to have service while on the road. On top of that, the address in the reservation was wrong.

Terrible idea
The location of where you are staying is different of what the Hotel says it is. I had to pick my keys, park and stay in 3 different places. No WiFi, terrible smell at the bathroom. Extremely noisy

Nice, spacious apartment
Nice apartment, close to old town and a nice shopping mall. My only feedback for those booking is that you need to pick-up the key from a different location and there is no lobby reception. So, it's more like and air bnb, but a very nice one!

Great location, small things to get improved
Really good location and staff very friendly and helpful, however the place was not very clean (used douvet and pillow inside the sofa bed storage, really dirty under the bed) and the condition was not perfect (tab at the bathroom and shower door were a bit loose) and the location was not the one that we book, apparently there are two properties under the same management, they're not far one from each other but should be better explained on the reservation. Overall the stay was good

Me ha encantado, está situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, está muy limpio y es amplio. No le falta detalle. Lo único que no me ha gustado es que el check-in hay que hacerlo en otra dirección.

nice apartment
it was an easy check in, once we found the place. (hotels.com has only one address of three buildings which we didn't realize until we were there. the hotel had contacted me and asked for my email but it's hard to reply in the hotels.com app when you don't have good phone access in Europe.) the room was great, but no sheets or pillows for the pullout bed. (apparently, my brother was too lazy to ask for them, so I guess it wasn't a big deal.) the beds we're comfy, room was quiet and it was an easy walk to the city center!

No A/C. Parking not at hotel location.
Read the fine print. The address given is where the parking garage is, NOT where the reception desk is. Additionally, they CLAIM to have air conditioning on the list of amenities. Our room did NOT have A/C. Luckily it wasn't too hot out or we would have had to leave. Otherwise, the location is PERFECT. Everything to do in Wroclaw is walking distance, rooms are brand new. Washing machine is 1/8 the size of a normal American washing machine (not an exaggeration).

Great location, but noisy if you like to sleep in.
Great location in the city. Everything is convenient and walkable. Staff was friendly. Booked a king bed, but it wasn't a king bed even by European standards. Room was quite large with a lot of space. Our biggest issue was the noise. The hallways aren't carpeted and every morning delivery service of breakfasts would begin around 7:45 and then cleaning would begin of the rooms so it was impossible to sleep. If you are visiting for business travel this will not impact you, but if you are not and you like to sleep in this poses a problem.

Wroclaw Christmas trip.
The stay in Wroclaw is always enjoyable. Our concern was that having seen the address on Hotels.com booking service, I booked it knowing the area (ul.Krawiecka 6). On further checking the four pages of literature on booking, I then realised the check in location address was different Wierzbowa 3 St.). It was further compounded by the fact that the room details was at another location )Odszanska St/, some 15/20 minutes walk from the other two. Then we were told that we needed to bring the keys back to the check in location on booking out. Also have to leave my Credit Card details as a 500PLN bond! Not a satisfactory state of affairs. All TV channels ion Polish, not even an English one for the News! Generally the apartment was good although some old food matter was found under the sofa bed.

Nice Hotel Close to Rynek!
The most imortant thing to note is the hotel address on the website is not the address of the place where you're staying!! The office (and a majority of the rooms for this hotel) is located at Wierzbowa 3 (which is only about a 2 minute walk from the hotel's "address") The office staff was very friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. It was great having a full kitchen and dishwasher as well as a washing machine in the bathroom. There was some construction noise outside as they are remodeling some of the rooms but it was only loud durning the day (Ideally you should be out exploring the beautiful city during the day!) It's also important to know that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so room service only comes once/week. It was easy to keep the flat tidy with the broom and vacuum that were available. The office staff was very accommodating when we needed more towels or needed trash removed. The city center is only about a 5 minute walk from the apartment where there are a number of amazing shops and restaurants available. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be definitely be staying here again!

Nydelig leilighet, rent, alt vi trenger. Kunne bestille frokost, få den på rommet. Vi var 5 jenter, det som var minus var at søppel ikke ble hentet de 4 dager, og et håndkle på hver. Lå sentralt.

Apartamentos de lujo en pleno centro de Wroclaw
Pasamos el puente de la Constitución visitando la ciudad de Wroclaw, y dado la temporada (pleno invierno) decidimos alojarnos en un apartamento, de cara a poder desayunar y cenar en el mismo (en las horas del día que más frío haría poder estar como en casa). Sólo podemos decir que fue un total acierto, el apartamento estaba ubicado en pleno centro y perfectamente equipado (tenía hasta lavavajillas), además de estar amueblado con mucho gusto.

Nowocześnie, komfortowo, w samym sercu Wrocławia!
Wspaniały apartament w samym śródmieściu (kilkuminutowy spacerek do Rynku); tuż obok sklepy spożywcze i centrum handlowe; jest parking - do którego - co ciekawe - zjeżdża się windą samochodową :) Pokoje fantastyczne, duży telewizor, wszystkie elementy wyposażenia bez zarzutu! Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa: opiekunka apartamentu przyszła punktualnie. Generalnie fant-tas-tycz-nie! Gorąco polecamy! :)

worst place ever
Worst place ever. Keys somewhere apartment somewhere. Limited office hours to collect keys and phone numbers have polish answering machine. Do yourself a favour stay away from this place
