Wonderful ! Lovely small hotel close to beach with incredible service. Nice garden to sit for drinks and early evening snacks. Lots of free bicycles to use. Very relaxing

Alles sehr sauber. Einrichtung mit vielen schönen Details. Badezimmer etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück toll. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig und Nähe des Zentrums.

Peaceful retreat
This hotel is picturesque and charming. Quaint. Cozy. Feels as though you’re in a friend’s home. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The hotel is clean and warmly decorated. Our room had a small balcony with chairs, ample drawers and closet space and wonderful bath products. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and tasty. We walked to the beach and to town - we could have taken one of the bikes if we’d been a bit more adventureous!!!

Charming and elegant hotel
Lovely hotel with fabulous breakfast. Small room. Very friendly and helpful staff that rescued us from a neighboring town when we became stranded. Good location, close to beach and center.

Typical Forte de Marmi hotel.
The hotel is tired. The carpet in room dirty and stained. The staff very nice. The air condtioning in our room was very good for europe in august. More like a 3 star hotel.Good free parking

Beautiful Old Villa with a unique personality, the place felt like a local family house I enjoyed the room and the and the antiques collection thorough out the villa.

Convenient mid-level hotel
Great little hotel a few blocks from the beach and centre of town, both easily walkable. Room and bathroom were a bit small, which is the only issue I had. Otherwise, good service, clean and well located.

Wonderful Breakfast
-> Breakfast is fantastic, especially the croissants -> rooms are small, not an issue if you spent only time for sleeping into the rooms

Not worth a visist
It is clear that Expedia has never visited the hotel. It is more like a B&B without the charming couple. The place is really OLD, the outside is not very visible (make sure that you program your GPS or waze) from the outside. The front desk is creepy, filled with frogs, and although it has a nice terrace and garden, the breakfast (if you can call it that) is served on the 3 floor in an ugly room. The room itself was OK, but not for the price. As I mentioned the breakfast is very small and poor, the only hot thing there is the toast, if you put it into the toaster yourself. The town of Fortei is very nice and charming. But if you want to go there, you can find better alternatives that offer a better price/quality ratio.

Such a beautiful hotel, staff bent over backwards, despite the language barrier. Breakfast is really wonderful, a highlight, along with their free bikes!

Relax a Forte dei Marmi
Piccolo hotel intimo e tranquillo dove trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Ottima la colazione. Personale attento e molto gentile. Pulizia impeccabile nella stanza e in tutta la struttura. Stanza di adeguate dimensioni e letti comodi, forse il bagno potrebbe aver bisogno di un restyle (ma nel complesso resta più che buono).

Nice kept old hotel not far from the beach.
Nice kept old hotel not far from the beach. Many bicycles available for easy travel within Forte dei Marmi. Attentive staff .Good breakfast with little room for improvement. All we missed was a swimming pool as water at the Riviera was pretty dirty during our stay.

Close to town, a bike ride away or 5 min walking. Amazing friendly staff that make you feel at home. Highly recommended

Posto stupendo...personale meraviglioso ..a due passi dalla spiaggia e due passi dal centro ...sembra di stare a casa di amici immersi nel verde dove unico rumore è il cinguiettio degli uccellini ... La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era piu un mini appartamento super confortevole con balconcino e bagno doppio con idromassaggio Consiglio vivamente una vacanza in questa meravigliosa struttura

Soddisfazione totale
Nel panorama spesso mediocre dell'ospitalità italiana, l'hotel Franceschi Villa Mimosa è una piacevole sorpresa. Si tratta di un 3 stelle solo sulla carta, in quanto l'albergo e i suoi servizi sono corrispondenti in tutto e per tutto a un buon 4 stelle. La posizione non è centralissima, ma il lungomare dista meno di 5 minuti e il centro di Forte 10 minuti a piedi. La camera è dotata di tutti i comfort e il letto (king size) aveva uno dei migliori materassi mai provati in vita mia. Bello il giardino, la hall e il ristorante. Buona la disponibilità delle biciclette, ideali per girare Forte e dintorni. Discreta la colazione: un po' al di sotto del livello degli altri servizi, ma comunque ben al di sopra degli standard italiani per la categoria. Infine, un plauso a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità. Ottimo complessivamente il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

A little piece of paradise
The Franceschi is a little oasis - almost a piece of the countryside by the sea. The service is so good, effortless and grown-up that it's almost from another era. Every guest gets a bicycle and you can be on the beach within 5 minutes or just stay in the quiet seclusion of the beautiful hotel garden.

Very fair hotel
The hotel is pretty well located ..it was quiet and comfortable. Parking was fine. The intended was a bit sketchy on my phone. Breakfast was the usual fare; yet, nice quality.

Wir haben ein Wochenende im Hotel verbracht und werden sicher wieder kommen. Die Zimmer sind nicht gross, aber ausreichend. Alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Fön, Shampoo vorhanden. Sogar ein Turndown Service. Abends kann man sehr nett im Garten sitzen und einen Drink geniessen. Das Frühstück ist im Preis in egriffen und bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungverhältnis

Nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel.En effet nous y avons passé 1 W.E magnifique.Tout était parfait et les gens de l'hôtel sont d'une gentillesse incroyable.Nous avons été séduits par la salle du petit déjeuner décorée à l'italienne ainsi que du maître d'hôtel en smoking blanc très chic. Le seul petit hic était la dimension de notre chambre un peu petite. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr !

Das Haus hat nicht den Charakter eines Hotels, wir haben uns wiezu Hause in einer ländlichen Villa gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! Einzig die aufgebacken Brötchen zum Frühstück waren diesem Haus nicht würdig,
