Staff was so friendly and helpful with making arrangements for tours and restaurants. Breakfast service was fantastic and food delicious. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back. Thank you. Tracey

An experience
There is no reason to look at any other hotels. This space is a great location for walking around downtown. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is wonderful. The art Decour is fun and the breakfast was great. We loved our very spacious room with equally spacious bathroom. The decor in the room was over-the-top Italian and fun.

Nice Hotel in Santapietra
The hotel is very centrally located, so it is great to take a stroll in the evening in the old town. The room that we were provided for the three of us was good. The only negative thing was, that the bathroom was not very well cleaned. Hopefully it is in the future, as otherwise this Palazzo hotel has an interesting touch to it.

El hotel es un antiguo Palazzo reciclado y ha quedado muy hermoso. La habitacion era muy comoda y amplia, no tanto el banio. Desafortunadamente el aire acondicionado no enfriaba demasiado en los dias calurosos de agosto!. El desayuno era muy correcto. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento propio pero contratan un valet parking que lleva el automovil a otro lugar. Eso me puso un tanto nervioso ya que el seguro del automovil no cubre esas eventualidades. Habiendo dicho eso no tuve ningun problema. El hotel se encuentra en la periferia del centro historico pero es una caminata agradable de 5 minutos llegar hasta alli

Ett litet personligt fint hotell med bästa läge - skulle dock behöva en liten uppfräschning med textilierna på rummen, badrummen är vackra och fräscha. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Over priced
our one night stay was an emergency last minute booking and unfortunately we overpaid for a small, unremarkable hotel with OK service, lovely rooms and a terrible view of a flat roof and broken down shed which was described as a balcony. The town in which it is located is remarkable and probably why they can get away with charging such extortionate rates. Shop around to get best prices.

pulizia della camera pessima!!!!!!
Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel perchè era descritto molto bene e soprattutto le recensioni di TripAdvisor erano positive!!!!! Abbiamo dovuro ricrederci (purtroppo). I tendoni della camera erano pieni di polvere, la scala che portava alla camera da letto, che è ricoperta di moquette, non era stata aspirata, il condizionatore è pieno di muffa, però il peggio era la doccia idromassaggio, per niente pulita, con i bordi gialli e residui di sapone e sporcizia lasciati da chissa quante docce fatte prima di noi!!!! Il phon non aveva la riduzione della presa, per usarlo ho dovuto scendere e chiederla. In più il servizio è molto scadente, se si considera che è un 4 stelle S, quando arrivi nessuno ti aiuta con i bagagli, te li devi prendere e sistemare in camera da solo!!!! VERAMENTE PENOSO!!!!!!!

Veldig flott hotell, kort avstand til sentrum. Vi fikk et rom med trapper ti trinn hvor badet lå nede. Upraktisk. Betjening lys og aircondition var komplisert. God frokost og hyggelig betjening. Bilder av rom med trapper bør vises på nett siden!

mauvais rapport qualité/prix
Bel hôtel dans l 'ensemble, calme et loin des rues animées. Chambres confortables malgré une odeur désagréable en arrivant. Dommage que les draps soit un peu "rèches" et que pour le prix payé,les boissons du mini bar soient aussi couteux : 50cl d'eau minérale = 3 euros !. Nous avons profité de la plage privée de l'hôtel qui se trouve à environ 5 km (nous avons payé 45 euros la demie journée), cher aussi mais très agréable. Nous avons passé 2 nuits, c'était bien dans l'ensemble mais je pense sincèrement que nous aurions pu trouver un peu moins cher pour les mêmes prestations.
