The Wi-Fi was really slow. They say on their website that the TV is 52inch. But it's only 36inch. No arcade games.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was fantastic! Room was very clean! My kids loved and pool and I loved the hot tub!

The hottub was closed and they didn't tell us when we checked in and asked pool hours. The first room we were given the bathroom smelt like piss so bad we couldn't even go in there. It is an older hotel and it shows! Needs updates, but most of all need a good scrubbing!

Lipstick on a pig.
The hotel had a fresh coat of paint and new flooring but little modernization beyond wifi. Hot tub didn't work, pool ceiling needs redone and vents were rusted out. House keeping walked right in our room at 9:30 AM without a knock or announcement. Had to get out key cards reactivated every morning. Maintenance showed up while i was in the shower due to a "leak" which we didn't report and we were on the bottom floor. Very intrusive in my opinion. Overall just not a great experience.

Good winter rate. The property is dated and needs a sprucing up (lots of little things need fixing or replacing). Due to low traffic, breakfast was skimpy. Sue was, as always, a delight.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hot tub was not working, and this was the main reason we picked this facility. But the staff moved us on our second night to a hot tub room.

We always stay here because it’s reasonably priced and it’s ok with breakfast included. My complaint is the room we stayed, the bed mattress needed to be replaced as it is worn out. Room 155. There were no table and chairs in the room. That’s my only complaint. I had a horrendous back ache after and we only stayed 1 night. I would recommend to the property owner to check some mattresses in the rooms and replace them Other than that it was good

On the outskirts of downtown Manistee, but a short drive to down town and restaurants. Room is large and clean with some recent updates.

The staff was so nice and more than helpful. This place needs some work. Our bathroom in #102 smelled like cat pee. Squeeky bed. Noisy. Broken window and the door was not very secure.

You're almost to a to star hotel
Well where do I start do I tell you about the three different hairballs that we found on our floor but what about the big giant hairball that we found walking down the hallway headboard was all stained up bathroom shower look like it was from The Shining bring your own pillows cuz they sucked front desk lady was great though

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We had a nice breakfast every morning and we had fun in the pool. Location was perfect for what we needed.

Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice. The beds were soft. The free breakfast was very good. Sue, who works at the breakfast area was very kind and personable. The hotel was easy to find. Every staff member was friendly. We would stay there again.

Everything was on the older side,(bath, shower, ect.). There was no coffee pot in the room. But overall the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and it was quiet.

Surprised it was an older complex and decor for the money. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Didnt care for the people hanging out in the parking lot grilling their food, or the very strong skunk presence.

WAY OVERPRICED!!!!
I find it hard to believe that this hotel has the audacity to charge more than $200 per night. I think it was a better property as a Days Inn than it currently is now as a Baymont. For the price charged, one would expect not to have threadbare towels with holes in them, brown dirty water coming out of the tub faucet, an a/c unit that is loud and not all that functional. Anyway, my suggestion is to avoid Manistee altogether. It's not a nice enough place, nor a nice enough hotel to be almost $250 for a night.
