The person at the front desk could be a little more helpful. I arrived at 3pm, she sis not know if any of the rooms had been cleaned. She gave me a key and said if the room wasn't clean to come back. I had to ask about wifi, breakfast and even where the elevator was located. The property and the room were extremely clean, and it is very convenient to I-10 and downtown Luling. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room (105) was clean and cozy but our shower was dirty and rusty looking! Water head was leaking and leaked on bathroom floor as well on carpet next to the bed! The water was only coming out luke warm!

I am generous to give this place a 4 for being clean and newly renovated but their elevator wasn’t working. Drove from El Paso for 10 hours. The staff who checked us in give us 3rd floor room and told us the elevator doesn’t work. My hubby then asked for a lower floor joking he’s old. He is a senior at age 62.5 she changed it to 2nd floor but didn’t even bother to tell us where the location or where the stairs were. Just said breakfast at 7. 6 would have been better for travelers. We had to leave earlier than that. the ice machine didn’t work on ground floor. Told us to go back up the stairs and get it from second floor. We said thank you and left.

Potential is there.
The reason for the low condition is that we were put in the exact same room as the month before. That in itself is not bad, however when the same room has the EXACT same problems as the month before, it's a bit disappointing. Entryway light was burned out, and I do mean scorch marks around fixture, and second tv in the room was still just a base from where a previous guest stole the unit itself. (Room 304) Mind you, they did graciously swap rooms for us. The other issue which, I consider both condition and comfort, is that while they did adequately inform us of the water out until 8pm, they did not however mention that while water was back on there would be no hot water. 2 days in a row my wife and I took cold showers. When we contacted the front desk about this issue, their only response was to try and not take showers when other guests were doing so. Wasn't exactly happy about being told, for all intents and purposes, to just deal with it.
Scorched light fixture that was non functioning. Not sure if just bulb was out or entire fixture. What I do know is that was left this way for at least a month. Room 304
Base of stolen TV. Again wouldn't have big such an issue if the room wasn't left this way for at least a month. Room 304

First off the ceiling had mold where they had obviously had a major leak, there were multiple holes in the sheet rock walls about 3/4” round. The sheets had piss stains, where the carpet and tile meet the carpet was about an inch from meeting the tile so bare floor. The bathroom was even worse than the rest of the room. My wife and I immediately demanded a refund and went across the highway to another hotel.

Family wedding weekend
We arrived earlier than planned and were able to get in our room hours before normal check in. Staff was very nice. They advised us they were under renovations which were not noticeable except for a few contractors trucks around the back. Everything was clean and in order. I will definitely stay here next time we visit.

Property was convenient to nearby towns. People were nice but kitchen couldn't keep up with breakfast. Also when towels were brought into room they didnt notice dead cockroach for 3-days.

Bedside lamps and floor lamp surface were rusted. Lamp shade had mold around upper part of the shade. There was a puddle of water in front of the refrigerator. Overall it gave us a very uncomfortable feeling of cleanliness and what we may be sleeping on. I did mention this to the desk clerk at check out but did get the impression that it was not a concern. His response was "I will tell the cleaning staff". Not ONE apology! I did not think to take a picture so no photo is attached.

I called to cancel my reservation because I could not show up and this hotel still charged me the no show fee, and when I called again they said they could not do anything about it.I have never had a worst experience with a hotel than this one.

We didn’t have any problems, In fact they let us check-in over the phone since I was arriving so late at night. Nice staff and clean spaces. I like that check out is at 11, makes it easier to sleep in for an enjoyable vacation.

They didnt have my room available. When I got there they said they ran out of rooms and had sold my room off because they didnt think I was coming. I had to drive 45 minutes at 11:00 at night to the next town and get a room.

This was my first time in the area and due to limited hotels we stayed here as suggested from family near by. The staff was great with any requests needed. The halls did have a weird smell, and the rooms seemed dated/not very clean. The breakfast was good with the exception of the eggs which may have been liquid eggs. Overall happy with the stay but probably would look elsewhere if in the area again.
