Everything was great execpt the restroom did not wanna flush at all checked in at 11pm and was leaving in the morning didnt feel like having maintenance in the middle of the night in my room while i was catching up on sleep since i had a 18 hour drive ahead of me

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me check in pretty quickly. The room was clean but the sheets on one of the bed looked a little dirty and was torn. The towels in the bathroom one of the looked dirty. Other than that everything else was good.

Our first room had a nonfunctional fridge and dirty sheets, such as stains, multiple hairs in between the folds and a ripped pillow case. We were then moved to another room that was a bit better. The sheets were still dirty and we had to change the bed ourselves. The “comforter” had blood stains on it. There was a hair in the bathtub. I went and purchased cleaning supplies to make myself feel more comfortable. The tv is small and meets the minimum requirements. The beds are very firm. The pillows are lumpy. Some of the staff was friendly, some weren’t. Overall, we will not be staying again.

El personal fue muy atento y servicial, junto con la comodidad de la cama es lo único rescatable. Desde el lobby sucio y viejo, el elevador sucio, el área de desayuno indescriptible de sucio y desagradable. El pasillo hacia la habitación olía mal, las paredes con muestras de reparación, mal. La habitación tenía desperfecto en paredes, focos sin funcionar y muebles viejos. Si se veía limpio pero definitivamente NO recomendaría esta propiedad a nadie. Pésima experiencia

Get what you pay for
The only good thing I can say was the price was very affordable and the room was not dirty. The hotel looked like it was undergoing some badly needed repairs and updates. No smoke detector in room, no toilet paper in room, the fridge was all iced up, and the breakfast (advertised as a hot breakfast) was horrible. Definitely a no frills hotel. If all your looking for is a nights sleep and a shower, then this would be okay, otherwise go down the street and pay a little more for a decent room. Don't believe the pictures on the website...I was actually there.

The hotel appears to be under renovations, so dust and equipment is expected. However the cleanliness of the hotel was awful. The front desk attendant reeked of weed, but he was friendly during check in. When getting to the rooms, out floors were filthy. Dirty qtips and smashes skittles on the floor. Nothing appeared to be wiped down or cleaned. The shower curtain was broken and did not fit the shower, so the entire bathroom flooded when turning on the shower. It was not a pleasant experience.

Best I can say is that the lady at the front desk was friendly. Worst luggage carts I've ever seen. Breakfast was less than average. Had to ask for napkins and butter. Overcooked eggs didn't help. Wouldn't recommend staying here. There are better options. Another Wyndham failure!

Fine for the price, but breakfast isn’t.
Very tired hotel. The staff was helpful and kind. On-site laundry was helpful and convenient. Our first room AC on the second floor would intermittently make a loud noise and the staff moved us. The AC in the second room on the third floor was better and it smelled better, but the room was more run down. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was substandard and poorly stocked. If that were improved it would make up for the condition.

The property is tired looking. The landscaping looks like it hasn’t been tended to since the hotel was built 10 years ago; Overgrown and very unkempt. The rooms need some work too. The mattress needed replacing. The cushions on the stools were badly stained and gross. Light bulbs burned out. These are some basics people and a little upkeep goes a long way.

Never Again
The checkin clerk couldn’t get us checked in. It was 2:00 AM and my daughter was tired. Had to stand in the lobby while he made calls. I gave him the email from Hotels.com showing my confirmation number. He finally gave me the keys as asked me to come back to the day desk person to confirm I was checked in. The security latch on the door inside the room had been removed, the exterior doors at the end of the hail way were propped open at 2:00 AM. I pushed a chair and our luggage in front of the door as a security measure. We finally got to sleep at 2:45 AM then the fire alarm went off at 3:45 AM Saturday morning. Sunday morning at 3:52 AM the fire alarm woke us up again. I will never stay there again.

The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good about the employees. The room was another story. The first room had Air Conditioner issues so I moved to a different room. The room was clean enough but was in poor condition. Stains on the walls, rust in the sink and shower. I'm pretty sure the toilet was a childs toilet Repairs that had been made in the room looked like something a 5 year old with a toy tool set had made. The owner obviously takes ZERO pride in the building and business. But again...the Employees were all fantastic..
