숙박시설에는 만족했습니다. 위치가 조금 별로예요. 도로 바로 옆에 있어서 차 있는 분들은 편할테지만 대중교통 이용하시면 내려서 15분은 걸어야하는데 신호등 없는 도로를 횡단해야합니다. 조금 위험해요.

자동차 이용시 저렴하게 이용할 수 있는 숙박시설입니다 그러나 가족 단위의 여행시에 샤워 및 화장실 이용이 약간 불편합니다. 그리고 룩셈부르크 시내와 떨어져 있어 주변에 음식점이나 기타 편의시설이 없다는 불편함이 있습니다. 저렴한 숙박 시설을 원하는 커플 여행에 적합하지 않을까 생각합니다.

Unclean room which was swapped when reported to a room with a leaking air con unit and smelt of stale smoke. We booked two rooms and the second room had a fab running all night except from 2-5am that couldn’t be silenced. The shower is in the main room so not great when sharing with teenage children

Houd er rekening mee dat de airconditioning alleen beschikbaar is in de zomermaanden en dat we in de winter alleen verwarming aanbieden. Tijdens de periode dat de airconditioning beschikbaar is, kunnen gasten de temperatuur individueel aanpassen. It is a typical Ibis budget hotel - adequate but it will never compare to a five-star accommodation and of course this is reflected in the pricing. This particular building was “light” - other guests could be heard through walls, floors and ceilings. And worst of all slamming doors which are spring loaded. The staffing in the morning was overstretched - I only saw two people to deal with all the checkouts and the crowded breakfast room

Hotel Ibis Budget is de ex-formule 1 hotel. Ze hebben wel een wc en douche in de kamer geplaatst maar de douche staat in de kamer zelfs naast het bed, dis als je onder de douche staat kunnen jouw kamergenoten meegenieten van het spectakel… Daardoor vind ik de prijs van de kamer niet waard. Verder was overal goed schoon, ontbijt was goed en personeel zeer vriendelijk!

Beste Lucrece,Bedankt voor uw review.We zijn blij te lezen dat u tevreden was met de netheid van de kamer en dat u genoten heeft van ons ontbijt en de vriendelijkheid van ons personeel. Wat betreft de douchecabine geven we graag mee dat onze hotelkamers ontworpen zijn om functioneel en budgetvriendelijk te zijn. Daarom is de indeling van de kamer misschien niet voor iedereen geschikt. We nemen uw opmerking dan ook mee naar intern overleg over toekomstige renovatiewerken. Sauberkeit und Zustand der Dusche ließen zu Wünschen übrig. Duschkopf gebrochen und Ablagen verschmutzt. Frühstück war ok. Nur der Mitarbeiter ging lieber rauchen, als Rührei nachzulegen, als dieses aus war.

De cualquier manera, no le quepa la menor duda de que investigaremos el origen de lo ocurrido y abordaremos la cuestión con nuestro personal a fin de tomar las medidas que sean necesarias para mejorar.Lamentamos si las dimensiones de algunas estancias no cumplieron con sus expectativas. Nuestro hotel está diseñado para optimizar al máximo el espacio, pero siempre intentando garantizar el máximo confort a quienes nos visitan. Lamentamos que no lo haya percibido así. Por otra parte, lamentamos que echara en falta un mueble de almacenamiento así como si el estacionamiento no respondió a sus expectativas.
