Very nice stay in a charming hotel, in front of a parc. The hotel’s well located for the center of the city and for groceries, restaurants etc.. I will come back !

VERY SIMPLE hotel, simple rooms, simple beds, etc. BUT special wishes for the rooms were arranged. Nice hotel lobby, the bus stop is only a few steps away, Parc Belair is beautiful and right behind the hotel. No supermarkets or kiosks nearby(!) Looking for english speaking staff at this hotel? unfortunately the wrong place. Only one receptionist on the last day of our stay was understanding and speaking. Surprisingly you have to pay 50€/night in advance for the mini bar, breakfast, etc. as a guarantee. IF you take advantage of such. Speaking of breakfast… cold hall, poorly prepared, VERY little choice of ham etc. (only pork meat products and salmon), we had to ask the staff twice to refill some of the plates… So all in one an average hotel but a little bit too pricy. It’s alright for a few days. No coming back for us tho. 3/5.

Très bonne adresse
Établissement confortable avec un personnel prêt à vous rendre service. Les chambres avec vue sur le parc sont très agréables et silencieuses. L'hôtel est situé à moins de 2 km du centre-ville. Plusieurs lignes de bus, gratuits dans tout le pays, passent devant avec un arrêt à 50 m.

The hotel was overall nice however we paid for a park view and were given a room on the ground floor with very little view/no balcony. We essentially viewed the roof. We tried to complain but were told no other rooms were available. We also had to wait in a 25 minute line to check in (we were exhausted from a long flight so that didn’t help). It wasn’t the single staff member who was workings fault, however you’d think they would have more than one staff member checking guests in when a long line forms.

Très bonne adresse
Le séjour c'est très bien passé. Le personnel est à l'écoute des clients et est très réactif. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Nous recommandons cet établissement. Nous sommes à 1500 m du centre-ville qui est très bien désservi par le bus qui sont gratuits au Luxembourg.

Lovely quirky hotel about a mile walk from the centre (although with free public transport, even this is no bother!) Staff charming and super helpful. Quiet, smart and clean rooms. Air conditioning would have made it 10/10!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war viel besser als im letzten Jahr, und vor Allem wurde nicht um 10.58 h Alles abgeräumt...und auch der Service hat sich verbessert !!

The hotel is well located, the lobby well decorated and the room is spacious and equipped. However, the shower in the bathtub is terrible. Moreovee, the room was really hot and there was no indivual control of the temperature.

Lovely stay.
Excellent help from the customer service team, especially at check in and checkout. Pillows weren’t very comfy but there was a service to change them for a fee - would have preferred to be supplied with comfy pillows to begin with. View was fantastic and amenities were all there. Breakfast was nice and in a lovely setting.

Bodde her i forbindelse med en lengre tur. Bestilte rom til 3 voksne og når vi kom til hotellet ble vi informert om at vi måtte betale 30 euro ekstra for enkeltseng. Betjening var ikke villig til å diskutere dette, og rommet i seg selv var ganske dyrt.

Die ruhige Lage (wenn man ein Zimmer mit Parkblick hat) und auch das Frühstücksambiente sind eine positive Überraschung. Die Preise sind allerdings eher im höheren Segment angesiedelt, obwohl das Hotel bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist, und die Zimmer bald einmal renoviert werden könnten.

If you don’t want to be on the first floor hearing traffic noise, book a park view. Travelocity customers get the worst rooms. It was hot, but we couldn’t open the windows because of traffic noise. There isn’t any AC so they told us we were welcome to buy a fan. We even asked to change rooms and pay the difference, they didn’t allow that.

Great staff who seems to be happy to assist. Hotel is in great condition except that we could hear the elevator noise at all hours (except in the night. We requested a different room and they gladly gave me a quieter room on our second night of our four-night stay. The new room certainly was quieter but we could still hear the noise coming from the elevator though it was less. Breakfast was ok not great.
