Amazing
At first i was not so sure about the hotel. This was as when i entered there was no kettle available to make tea or coffee. However upon requesting a kettle one was immediately brought to my room so i was then satisfied and happy. The room itself was immaculately clean. Bathroom was amazingly clean and water pressure was powerful. Our room was cleaned daily and replenished with mineral water new towels and sheets. The restaurant in this hotel had amazing food on offer. We would dine here for breakfast and dinner. Both the breakfast and dinner were really of a high grade quality. Above and beyond service also. So good service that when we left the hotel at 2am as we had to check out early for a train the hotel prepared us a packed breakfast for our train journey. I cant stress enough how good the service was. Really a 5 star service. This hotel definitely should have more than a 3 star rating. I would most definitely always stay here when visiting Lviv. Thanks again to the hotel staff that really made our stay seem super special. An excellent stay!!!

Extremely disappointed
The showers are ridiculously small. The water pressure was weak and the hot water tepid. What did last was the wedding reception with extremely loud music that went to nearly 3 a.m.

I booked the room for 1 person then amended it to 2 people. I paid the difference when i arrived and also got a receipt. When i checked out, they said that i am due to pay for the 2nd person. I told them that i had paid already and showed the receipt. They weren't convinced. The receptionist called the manager before it was resolved. As I was running late to the airport, i was quite impatient. Could have been done in a more effective way.

A solid nice Ramada - far from the center of Lviv
What I expected from a nice Ramada hotel - however the location is not the best as it’s far from central Lviv and it’s not at the airport but near it The hotel said they had a shuttle but it is not free; in fact it costs more than a taxi, which is pretty inexpensive here Wish more hotel staff spoke English (considering this is an American hotel after all)

Good hotel, close to airport, far from Lviv
Very nice condition- good restaurant. The hotel is very close to the airport but not convenient at all to the center of Lviv; in fact it’s just outside Lviv city limits. At least taxis are cheap. Staff at the bar could learn a few words of English since Ramada is an American hotel after all, and one would expect that they know at least the bare minimum, which is not even the case.

Güzel mekan
Otel şehir merkezine arabayla 15 dakika uzaklıkta. Taksi ücreti 6-8 dolar arasında idi. Resepsiyonda İrina çok cana yakın birisi. Kahvaltı biraz zayıf kaldı.

The staff was very helpful. Accommodated us even though reservation was incorrect. Arranged for taxi service to downtown Lviv and airport.

Good deal close to LWO
OK hotel close to Lviv airport. It’s newly built and the management is doing a good job. Rooms are average size without much luxury but clean and quiet. I think it’s a good deal if you want to stay close to the airport. I would stay here again.

Stadttourismus
Das Ramada liegt am westlichen Stadtring von Lemberg und ist insofern vor allem vom Grenzübergang bei Przemysl sehr bequem und unübersehbar erreich- und auffindbar. Genügend kameraüberwachte und umzäunte Parkplätze befinden sich vor dem Hotel. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist wenig spektakulär: Äußerer Stadtring, Baumarkt, zwei andere Hotels, jeweils ebenfalls mit empfehlenswerten Restaurants, ein großer Baumarkt, eine riesige graue Betonruine. Nach dem Abflauen des Hauptverkehrsstromes gelangt man ach per PKW glatt und bequem in die Innenstadt, sollte aber des täglichen Verkehrschaos wegen einfach auf einem der kostenfreien Parkplätze am Vorortbahnhof links, schon wieder Richtung stadtauswärts, parken. Man läuft dann besser die zehn Minuten über die Grodecker Straße in die Altstadt hinunter, es sei denn, man hat Freude am Sitzen im Auto, das auf dieser Strecke auch schon mal eine Stunde im Stau stehen kann.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have preferred a queen bed but they only push two twins together. We would stay here again. It is convenient to the airport but not downtown.

Wygodne łóżka, czysty i dobrze wyposażony pokój ale z kilkoma usterkami, które utrudniały korzystanie z niego: uszkodzona klamka do łazienki oraz uszkodzony wentylator w łazience. Bardzo słaba obsługa na recepcji, długi czas oczekiwania na zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, do tego otrzymaliśmy pokój 2osobowy zamiast 3osobowy, co dodatkowo wydłużyło procedurę zameldowania. Śniadanie ok ale obsługa słabo radziła sobie z uzupełnianiem brakujących produktów, pierwszego dnia przez 15 minut brakowało pieczywa, czarnej herbaty, sztućców, niektórych dań ciepłych.

Lage ist ausserhalb der Stadt. Mit Taxi in gut 10 Minuten im Zentrum für ca. 120 Griwna.= ca. 5 CHF. Das Essen im Restaurant ist überragend gut, ebenso Frühstück. Zimmer sehr gut und sauber.

Staff needed training
I book this location for myself and 5 other coworkers. We arrived and the staff couldn't find our reservations, I had to show them everything to prove we booked at the hotel. Then we proceeded to the "24-hour" restaurant and ordered dinner. 2 hours went by before we finally gave up on our food ever arriving. I paid for the food and had them put it in a to-go box whenever they finally had it ready... I am not joking, it was two hours before we decided to leave. In the morning, I noticed that the "24-hour" restaurant was closed. Interesting.... The TV in my room was left on and the remote was nowhere to be found, so I had to unplug it. Other than that the room was fine. In the morning checking out was another oddity... throughout the stay it just seemed like the staff was unaware that they were operating a hotel.

Nice Hotel, A Bit of America Away from Home
I enjoyed the food in the Ballpoint Restaurant. The service was good. Place is quiet. The internet service is as good as it is in the US. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the pillows were too soft and did not provide enough support. Other than that, I would go back there.

Not real convenient and nothing special.
I thought being an American style Ramada, it would have some American style comfort. The room was clean but very small. The restaurant was open 24 hours but was not very good. The free breakfast hours were not very flexible and the location was AWFUL.

Про ланч бокс і якість.
Найкраще за останні мої поселення у готелях. Розумна ціна при високій якості) Довелося рано виїзджати з готелю, десь о 5-й ранку. Я думала, що не зможу поснідати. Але приємна дівчина на ресепшн сказала, що можна взяти з собою ланч бокс і поснідати у дорозі. Несподівано для мене і дуже гарно. В інших готелях не стиклась з таким. Або мене не інформували. Дякую вам!
