Dear Jeff,First of all thank you for your stay with us and for the feedback you give about your stay.As you can read on our website or all other partners website, the hotel is located in the city center of Lyon. We have rooms facing inside the courtyard and other on the street offering all different views. All the pictures we are showing are the real one, what would be our interest to show something wrong and get only unhappy gests at the hotel ? We are offering what we are selling and as you can see, the feedback of our guest is saying that ! All the team is dedicated to our guest with only one goal, offering you the best welcome and service during your stay in Lyon. What makes us unique is our capacity to adapt ourselves ! You should have told us that you want to keep your key with you (we can make an exception if needed)… And also told us your frustration about the room, we would have do our best to find an other room for you !
