Had a great time...The scenery from our room was beautiful.If you are looking for a lovely place in the mountains,this is a great spot. Some of the food was a little too spicy for an American palette like the tomato soup and sauteed turkey pieces. The breakfasts were plentiful ,the dinners need a bit more side dishes to accompany the fish,chicken and meats. Chicken Shnitzel was the best and should be on the menu at all times along with pasta and french fries. The indoor pool was great..

The room I was given was located in a noisy area, and I could hear construction taking place on the floor above me. The hot water supply was limited, and the showerhead was in poor condition. Additionally, the bed sheets were not changed, and the room had a strong scent of cheap perfume. It was not cleaned thoroughly enough.

I really liked the view from my room. The staff was nice and the breakfast was much better than expected. Lots of food options and an omelet station!

Ok hotel with a nice view
Nice hotel.. the service was ok, the rooms are renovated, and the view is beautiful, but these are all the nice things I can say about it.. there was no hot water (for all of our rooms - 7 in number), and when towels called the reception they said they will check, but never called us back.. The food was terrible, and the indoor pool smelled like chlorine and urine..

Very basic but comfortable
This is a very comfortable, but bare bones hotel. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, but no fancy amenities. We were making a wedding at the hall next door, and this worked well as a place to do hair and makeup, and then sleep over after the wedding. If luxury is what you're looking for, this isn't it, but it got the job done. The breakfast was good and very plentiful. When I called for more towels, they were delivered right away.

לגבות יותר מ-450 ש על חדר סטנדרט במלון זה , זה ליצור מצג שווא שמדובר במלון מפנק של 4 כוכבים. זהו מלון עממי והמוני. לא מתאים לחוויה זוגית רומנטית. נערכים בו כנסים גדולים. מרשים לפצח גרעינים בלובי. משפחות גדולות פותחות שולחן בלובי. מושיקו המנהל הציע לנו פיצוי ושידרוג כשהבין שהתאכזבנו ודאג שלא נצא בהפסד כספי. אבל חשוב שאחרים יבינו מראש שאולי מתקבל רושם לחוויית בוטיק שקטה ורומנטית אבל זה לא המצב. המלון ותיק, לא מאד משופץ. לנו לא היה נוף להרים כמובטח. חופשה חסרת אווירה עם ריח חזק של מטבח בחללי המלון

No sleep to be had.
The hotel is super noisy- conferences and weddings galore - noise till well after 11 pm. Families with kids run around till midnight and from 6 am. No sleep to be had.

המקום פסטורלי ונעים. החדר באגף החדש היה יפה ונקי. ופרגנו לנו בארוחת ערב שלא הוזמנה. היתה קצת בעיה עם תחזוקה של מגבות ונייר טואלט- אבל טופל במהירות לאחר פניה. האוכל ללא גיוון רב, אבל טעמו בסדר- יתכן ונכון להגיד שזה בהתאם למחיר תקבול מתאים. היתה לנו בעיה רצינית שהעיבה על הביקור - היתה תקלה עם הווי פיי- והטלויזיה לא עבדה באופן ידידותי. כך שהיום שבנינו עליו ל"סתלבט" מול מסך במלון- הלך לעזאזל. ופה לא באו לקראתנו וניסו לעזור לנו- הצענו שיחליפו חדר לאגף שאין תקלה, או שיביאו לנו איזה דיסקאונקי או מחשב עם סרטים.(הבאנו מחשב, אך לא היה ניתן להתחבר לווי פיי) כך שיום הסתלבט התפספס לנו- וזה ממש הרס לנו את הנופש.

Nice Vacation
The hotel was overall very nice. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful, except for one who was plain rude. One of our rooms was very un-maintained with broken wooden floor tiles and a door that doesn't close. The food was great and the restaurant staff was extremely helpful. Overall - it's a very quiet, comfortable hotel for families, and a nice mid-priced solution for a short vacation.

Friendly and comfortable
This place was comfortable and good value, however it was busy with large, young American groups on their birthright tour . The reception staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

המלון נעים, בעיקר בנוף ובמרחבים. הנוף מהחדר היה קסום ומרגיע. הידר היה מעט צר, היו נמלים ותקלה בוונטה בשרותים שהרעישה בכל פעם שהורידו מים האוכל היה בסדר. כיף שיש ספריה בלובי.

A solid 8.26 out of 10
Very nice, quiet place up in the hills outside Jerusalem. Pleasant grounds, pretty well kept. Not like an American hotel, but this ain't America. A solid workout room with new equipment. Decent pool, sauna and steam. Food looked good, although I went out to eat. Buffet-style. If u book thru hotels.com u get a free meal (besides the Included breakfast). Whole place is half old-school charmy and half just getting old. Beautiful scenery all around.

The water pressure in the shower is the best of any hotel ever. The gym is really good, and the surrounding nature is breathtaking. They just have this wierd thing where you have to get a gym towel from the reception desk, which is quite a ways from the gym. Not sure why. But all in all a great place to stay, and the mid-afternoon "hallway snacks" are an extra treat. Third time staying there.

We requested a double bed and received 2 single beds connected. We were moved to a room above a party that was happening in the hotel and felts like we were part of the party. Then we were moved to another room where the towels were wet and dirty from the previous stay. The staff was very nice and kept trying to help. The breakfast was not filled with new food when we arrived at 09:30 and had leftovers.

קבלת הפנים בדלפק הקבלה הייתה לא נעימה ולא מסבירת פנים.ארוחת ערב ביום שישי- אוכל לא טעים ורעש בלתי נסבל החדר האוכל. ממש לא נעים. החדר היה נקי ומסודר. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת.

Номер был уютным, звукоизоляция хорошая. Вид из окна просто потрясающий, воздух чистейший. Завтрак скудный. Спа скромный: бассейн очень большой, но сауны слишком малы, буквально на пару человек рассчитаны. Полотенца для спа нужно брать почему-то на ресепшен, т.е. на другом этаже. Сервис не на высоком уровне, с чистотой тоже проблемы: на завтраке долго искала чистую чашку, в номере пыль на полках. Скучно в отеле, на всей территории отеля вы найдете только стулья, лежаки и один теннисный стол на всех гостей

sub level hotel search another alternatives
We came to the hotel after we booked in advance through the Hotels site, there was no reception according to the minimum standard of 4 star hotel, after we received the room on the ugliest wing of the hotel. The weather was stormy and cold, and we got a room without heating. Service is lacking you feel lost in the hotel,the rooms are dirty, Air conditioning does not work. I could not stand l and stay at the hotel, they tried to convince me of the rest and get another room, but I refused completely I packed my bag and ran away. Too bad for your money, just a sub-level hotel recommends you look for other alternatives.

A nice place to enjoy.
The place isvery nice a great view too. We did not like the food in the evening and did not eat it in the end. We told the man incharge of the kitchen and he said it will be fixed. Other than that we had a nice time.

Overall happy
Overall we enjoyed our trip. There are nice hotel grounds, and it is one of the only hotels in Jerusalem that is in a remote location. I emailed the hotel before our visit with a simple request. I did not receive a response, nor was the request fulfilled. The hotel gets very filled with groups so it's not exactly quiet.
