They are renovating the property and the rooms are nice. One of the best beds I’ve slept in at a hotel.

The property is good. Renovations are in process to hopefully update the rooms. When we arrived at check in time, we could not check in as there was a water problem. We witnessed water cascading from the ceiling while we were there. The clerk just pointed at the sign that we couldn’t check in for another hour, no apologies, no alternative suggestions. Meanwhile, current guests were passing by heading to their rooms. Once I did get my room, there was no hand soap. I brought my own so that was a non-issue. Other than the check in, the room was good and clean. Updates are needed as the wallpaper seams were separating.

Hotel was alright. Nothing special or extra. Decor is outdated and room smelled like it hadn’t been used in a long time. Coffee maker in room but no coffee cups. No breakfast. Won’t go back.

Perfect location for our southern travels via I75. A few minutes off the highway, but loads of shopping, dining, etc.

Disappointing
After a long exhausting trip, we were looking forward to using the hot tub they advertised. The hot tub was filled in with cement. The following morning after checking in, went to get Starbucks coffee which is advertised to be served in the hotel, the only coffee available was left over drip coffee because the manager was closing at 10:30 a.m. The seams in the wallpaper were seperating in our room. Both bed and pillows had no firmness. You may want to bring your own toilet paper since theirs is industrial, single ply. Overall it was a very disappointing stay for a Marriot Hotel.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and each time has been a very pleasant experience. Antonio is my absolute fav! He is pleasant and sweet and very accommodating. He was observant of my needs and without me having to ask he accommodated and it was greatly appreciated!!

I paid $150 for our double room which not only did NOT include breakfast, but most of the wall paper was either peeling or with water stains. Same in the bathroom with peeling wallpaper and water stains. I didn’t feel it was worth the $150.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. On both occasions, I found the rooms in excellent condition. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I also have had great customer service from the employees. They all seem to be nice and friendly. When I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay again.

Not bad but not the best
Booked this hotel because of the rating, and it was nice - but I had two complaints. First, the walls all looked like the walls of a subpar hotel. Patched places and creepy lines between the panels of wallpaper. So bizarre because everything else was beautiful. And two- no key drop box so I stood waiting to hand over my hotels keys for a good ten minutes while another hotel guest bought water bottles with cash (because the front desk person and the guest debated whether it was easier to charge them to the room or pay cash and finally the guest gave up and handed over cash. While “whichever is easier for you” is a polite response, when both the hotel staff and the guest repeat it to each other, it’s annoying and redundant. The staff should just say it’s easier to charge the room and move on, so they can help everyone else in the lobby.) So not the best ending to my visit.
