Stopped here for the night on our way to Florida from Michigan. Easy to locate through app to book the room. Price was affordable, staff was pleasant upon our arrival. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Free breakfast was typical but still nice to fill up before hitting the road. Would definitely stop again if in the area

This property looks nothing like the photos. We felt well and truly tricked! The reviews are just not honest. When we arrived and saw tables with tissue under them to stop them rocking, abandoned vending machines, lamps lined up in the dining room and the shabby condition we knew we’d messed up! The sliding door to the bathroom had what I can only imagine was vomit on it. It must have been open so wasn’t noticed to be cleaned. The carpet was sticky. The pillows smelt so we had to sleep with a towel on it. The rooms are so old and shabby. Breakfast was a complete joke!!! And it was 7am -9am on a Sunday. We couldn’t wait to leave. We paid $120 for this room and were totally ripped off!!

mostly comfortable property but hotel and room interiors are appearing feeling a bit worn... could use some refresh though were clean. shower capsule inside the room had moving faucet fixtures that could be better secured while shower itself worked fine the walls were worn and look like they needed refresh but all appeared clean despite experience. bed and room both clean.

Love the not-carpeted rooms. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was included. Price was great! A couple of maintenance issues, which I reported, but was not upset about. The staff does not stay in the rooms, so would be unaware of. Did not eat breakfast, but coffee could be better. I was just stopping on a long road trip, so it was just what I wanted. I felt safe. I'd stay again.

Dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, stairway and dining room were filthy from remodeling but zero effort to clean was evident. Juice machine next to the collection of lamps sitting on the dining room floor was out of order, which was the only thing I considered consuming from that place. I stayed here a year prior and had no issues, but it’s awful now. Hopefully the remodel brings it back

Nice quick overnight stay
Friendly staff. Clean room. Convenient on and off highway and felt safe in the area. Lots of restaurants in the area as well.

The first room we were given was not clean, dirty towel in the sink. However, the front desk clerk put us in another room mentioning it was cleaned by another employee. We were pleased with the 2nd room.

Great value & Great place!!
Great place, great value and wonderful updates!! Was able to get the room I love 212 is the best room..water pressure is great, AC works great. New lamp, new office chairs coming. New mattress! Mike is always pleasant and Friendly. They are updating lots of things! Love this place Great price, safe location, close to shopping & restaurants, love the new window shade keeps light out! Always my go to hotel. Love the new soft blankets, new towels. Fridge needs to be colder and sink doesn't drain well but great otherwise. My favorite room is 212 and thankful for it!

Good as always but room 111 needs it's updates.
Good stay as always. Had some issues with my card upon check in, but finally got fixed. Was wanting a particular room but was told I didn't reserve that room.. Usually don't have any issues but new girl doesn't know me yet. I was given room 111. I hate 1st floor mainly because of all the noise. Room wasn't as clean as it should be, but that's why I bring supplies with me. The toilet seat was still yucky from previous person and no "clean tag" over it. Still no seat replaced in the handicap shower. All that's there is the metal fixture but no new seat....it's been missing for awhile now. Probably over a yea. No water pressure either in that shower. Sink water never gets above semi warm... They are updating a lot of things and I am glad to see the new items, NEW Mattresses!!! YIPPEE!! Thats worth getting excited about. Sadly my room didn't get replaced on my visit. Overall it's always a great place to stay. Great stay for the cost. Although was a little upset the new girl couldn't extend me another night and told me to call down in the morning. I went down and got charged a a lot moret han what I normally pay. As I was checking out there was a lady WAITING on front desk attendant for quite awhile. As I took two loads of my items to my car. This lady was still waiting there...then to be told by new girl she couldn't check her until 3pm..it was like 1pm..I don't see what 2 hours difference would have mattered. The lady was nice about but not happy. She looked very tired.

The staff here is STELLAR!!! I want to thank each and every employee, from the folks at the front desk, to the service crew and the gal who sent me in the right direction for what I needed from a store... I hope the owner of this property realizes what an asset he has in these people. I have stayed at far more expensive properties and gotten far less customer service. Thanks again, y'all, I really appreciate all you did!

I was so pleasantly surprised! I was expecting average and got exceptional SERVICE!! The staff at this property was EXCELLENT!! Kirby, Mike and the other gal at the front desk, along with housekeeping folks all went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. So, the property is the property, but the staff MADE THE STAY!!! My only complaint was the coffee...it was really weak, but the staff is really strong on customer service!! Thank y'all so much!!

Still love this hotel. Love the recent updates of blinds, thicker towels, got rid of the flimsy cabinets that held microwave & Refrigerator. They now sit on their own nicely. The New bed covers are pretty as well. New Refrigerators are nice but wish there was a freezer compartment. But some rooms still have them. But 212 doesn't and the fridge isn't quite cold enough, but no big deal as it use to freeze everything, so shouldn't complain about it too much 😁 Noise is still an issue but during the week it's not too bad. But I would keep the noise over the carpet any day!!! The carpet on the stairs really needs cleaning or pulled up. It doesn't look good at all. Overall this is a great place to stay for the price!! It use to be a Sleep inn & I have been a customer for over 20 years..so all the nice updates are awesome to me!!. It's about time for mattress changes I hope!!😄 Love Mr. Mike and his continuing friendliness every visit. He is always helpful, always friendly, always nice, this man knows me the minute the sliding doors open!! You don't get this level of friendliness in any other hotel. He is that way with Everyone that walks in the door. If you need anything; he makes sure you get it quickly. If a problem arises he makes sure it is resolved ASAP. Some of the others are not quite as friendly or helpful. But hopefully they are learning. I would say I wish the floors were cleaner. I don't like having dirty feet when walking around my room. But other than that all is good

We’ve stayed at Best Western properties several times in the past, and we’ve always been very pleased, especially considering their prices. Staff is always friendly, and the rooms are typically very clean. My only complaint this time was the bathroom in our room. The toilet seat was reeeeeeeeally loose. So much so, that if you weren’t careful while sitting down, you might just end up IN the toilet. My only other concern was the glass shower door. It was definitely not cleaned after the previous guest, maybe even a tad longer. All in all, everything was just fine, and we would stay here again in the future:)

Booked based on this property having more good reviews than bad as of recent dates.. this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Please do not stay here. The clerk at check in was very kind, but when I got to our room it was very late after driving many hours… the bed had dirt on sheets, there were TWO small dead cockroaches on the sheet under the comforter. The floors were dirty as well! This prompted us to check the mattress to ensure we weren’t going to pick up bed bugs, and after unzipping the mattress cover… there was a very large blood stain on the mattress that was quite gross. The halls reeked of marijuana and the breakfast was practically inedible. I usually give placed the benefit of the doubt but this was not pleasant. We checked out after a few hours of sleep and hit the road to our destination as we were just not comfortable with staying any longer.

I booked two rooms: one for my partner and our kids and one for my mother and nephew on our way to Disney. My room was less than clean, beds super squeaky when you moved at all- definitely not pillow top, fridge later found to be full of the past guests’ take out, and only one towel. One towel suggests it was left from previous guests. My mother’s first room spelled like vomit as soon as the door was opened. She was given a second room and when the door was opened there was bedding and towels everywhere and food on the desk. She was then moved to another room which was just okay.
