The staff was great, the place was good, however, I could not sleep at all due to the highway traffic noise. I even put in ear plugs to no avail. They need some major sound proofing.

Firendly, helpful staff and quiet, clean room
Everyone was friendly and the room was quiet. We had a billing issue and I left something in the room. They were very helpful in resolving both issues. It was just what I was looking for.

It’s absolutely perfect for what you pay for in a hotel room. It’s cheap Just make sure you pay for the amenities that are separate ahead of time even if you didn’t know. The staff (with the exception of 1. That particular person is the absolute diamond of the front desk crew) treats you differently and rude afterwards for the reminder of your stay.

The whole place smell stale and cigarette smoke even in place that non smoking. The staff are brash and unfriendly. Too many rules and regulations. Never stay again.

Was enjoying the stay up until I had a brief encounter with the hotel Assistant Manager. She was very Unprofessionall and Extremly Rude!!!!! She really needs to reconsider how she speaks to others especially a Guest. No hospitality was implemented At All and the fact that she acted as if she did nothing wrong after I addressed her for speaking to me in that manner bothers me. After speaking with other staff members I gathered that she speaks to everyone in that manner which should be Totally Unacceptable. If someone doesn’t know how to communicate effectively I highly doubt that the person should be doing any task that’s require them to deal with Customers/ Guest as a former Choice Hotel Manager I know the company would be displeased with her actions. The object is to get New/ Repeat customers which is how the hotel generates its revenue so why make make a guest feel as if they made a mistake by booking here. In all actuality she technically works for guests without our money it would be a hotel. I know this review is lengthy however I had to express how I feel, hopefully this issue gets taken in close consideration it would be Greatly Appreciated!!!

We stayed for two and didn’t get any room service as far as new sheet even when we requested it. We ended up have to wash them in guess laundry. The room had roaches and the refrigerator didn’t work only the top freezer. We needed to extend our stay for another two weeks but went somewhere. If they didn’t have roaches and at least clean the room once a week then it would be well worth it for the money!

It was horrible. After making a reservation through the hotes.com app was told at front desk they didn't have availability. Afer 11 hours of labor and 6 hours of driving to have no bed with a confirmation is ridiculous.

I only stayed here for 2 nights and then we went to a different hotel because there were roaches all in the room that got in our belongings. They do not provide towels, soaps, or toilet paper. I was told we had to provide that. It was me and my 4 children staying and they said it was too many people. They refused to refund my money for the remaining 6 nights that I did not stay at the property. It was so dirty, including the sheets and the floors and the staff was rude. Will never stay here again!

Roaches!
The desk clerk AJ was very courteous. Now the hotel has so much potential. The carpet, covers had spots. Then opened the cabinets there were roaches. I could not stay there had to get refund. There was trash on the floor in hallways. Corporate needs to come in and clean it up.

My stay was horrible. First, they canceled my reservations without tell me. Then when I get to my room i immediately saw roaches. The sink && toilet stopped up. The maintenance man had to come out to fix the sink, toilet, and roach problem. Even after he sprayed there still was roaches. The worst experience I ever had. Then when it was time for me to check out the clerk tells me I have a balance of 11 dollars for linen. Need to remind you that I paid cash up front for my week stay. After I kept asking her why i brought my own towels and paid for everything up front she tells me don't worry about it with an attitude. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Pet policy confusion
Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Pet policy was confusing. We read as $5 a night per pet but it turned out to be $50 per pet. If we knew that ahead of time we would have stayed elsewhere. That was why we chose wood springs. Also we had chosen a room with sleeper couch and it was not available when we arrived as usual. This issue has been the norm when we book there. I have even called ahead to check on that room type and told yes it was available but be told the opposite on arrival. My husband found a hypodermic needle in the cabinet above sink. I do not know if we would try staying there again we have issues every time because of the confusion. I wish they were all on the same page with their excuses
