We stayed in a 2b2b apartment (2adults/1child). It was comfortable with a functioning kitchen and bathrooms. The place was clean and efficient for our needs. We did notice that the cabinetry was wonky and the freezer door wouldn’t shut because the panel wasn’t attached properly. Also, the towel warmer in the primary bath would not turn on. The heater took a long time to heat up the space, occasionally turning off on its own in the process. Loved that there was a washer in the unit, that was helpful when traveling with kids.
We did encounter a couple of challenges, the auto checkin machine was not working. So be sure to pay this hotel in advance. Our friends who paid in advance got their keys easily but we couldn’t pay with the checkin machine, we had to call after hours as reception desk is only 9a-5p (We arrived at 8p after a 4h baggage/flight delay.)
Also, there is absolutely no housekeeping. We got 1 coffee pod and 2 teabags upon check in with a cleaning kit (not even napkins!). This was frustrating because we only stayed 3 nights, refills to some basics would have been nice. They only provided a single tablespoon of olive oil to cook with. I’m not expecting a full stock to the kitchen, but a bottle of oil and some coffee/sugar/salt for more than just one meal would be helpful, we can purchase everything else but I don’t feel it necessary to purchase an entire bottle of oil or salt and then throw away every time there is a guest, that seems wasteful.
