Dear guest,We are really disappointed with your comment and your experience at the hotel, but we are not going to accept comments that are not true.The hotel's housekeeping service is impeccable and the rooms are cleaned and checked daily, proof of this is the cleanliness score you can see on any website offered by the hotel. The video you showed us, a tiny insect appeared, which can be found anywhere in the world. From your home, a restaurant, store, or even a hotel; but it is not at all indicative of dirt and of course, we flatly deny that this tiny insect was a bed bugs.Basically because the previous days an exhaustive inspection was carried out in all the rooms and mattresses and, after your experience, your room was checked again and no bed bugs or insect infestations were found and that room has been in use for days afterward. Moreover, we offered a room change and you did not accept and decided to leave with the other people stayed in different rooms, whose cleanliness and condition were perfect.
