As nobody in the staff is speaking Korean, I am not sure if there is any problem with the translator since I do not understand completely which is your complaint. You booked one room for 3 nigths for 1 person with breakfast included and when you come to the hotel you were two. You were informed that the second person should pay for her breakfast and you asked if you could have breakfast only for two days. We agreed, but you were informed that it was still one extra breakfast to pay because you had included 3 breakfast and you consumed 4 of them. We are really sorry if there was any missunderstandig when explaining you the situation. Hope that you gave us a new chance to improve your experience at Petit Palace.
