위치 좋고~ 직원들 친절하며 조식 깔끔
메인거리에서 많이 벗어나있지 않지만 나름 조용하고 안락합니다. 객실컨디션도 좋고 직원들도 친절합니다. 조식도 깔끔하구요

川沿いの好立地
2日間滞在。車道から少し入ったパーイ川沿いの立地。川沿いのコテージだったので、専用テラスで川を眺めながら過ごせました。コテージはランナー様式で風通しも良く、蚊や虫もほとんど見ません。(トカゲはいます。)ただ、週末だからか、近くからの騒音が深夜まで聞こえました。全体的には満足です。

The property has had its troubles. Much to be expected because of shutdowns. Overall it was a good experience, close to city centre and walking street. The staff very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The ride to bus station saved us money as well.

Slightly rundown and unloved feel about this Baan. Disappointing as it has great location on the river. Much of the wooden slats are missing so walking was precarious especially when wet. Our room was not cleaned once and there were gecko droppings all over the bathroom. Staff seemed to be unconcerned and not very engaging. We avoided the breakfast too as it was very cold and basic.

The hotel is in a great area close to the walking sree, the staff was great and helped us with everything we needed. the only negetive thing was the mold smell in the room.

Convenient and Clean Hotel
Great room, was very clean and the staff were great. Everything is nearby and within walking distance..it had an inroom frisge to keep water and drinks cold. They did have a TV but I never used it.

Beautiful gardens by the river
This hotel is located by the river and the gardens are lovely. We had a end room with a porch and a river view. The room was comfortable. The hotel is showing some wear but it's rustic and charming and a good value. Breakfast was very good. The staff is very accommodating even though their English is limited. It is the perfect place to relax.

Close to everything
Finding the hotel can cause an accident. The main street is full of bikes going to fast and cars not looking. In the 2 days we stayed we saw 3 small bike acccidents. Once there, the staff was great, room a bit small. The bed was so close to the wall I had to curl my toes to squeeze between the wall and the bed frame. Room was clean. Security of the room consisted of a small pad lock. But for the things we really needed it was fine. Matress was comfortable, shower was hot and the grouds were beautiful. The garden was great. Many trees of different orgins. Once in the resort it was very quiet. We could hear the nothing but nature. The sounds of loud bikes was so faint. It was very nice. In the morning the breakfast was ok. Rice soups, Eggs, fried rice, hotdogs, noodles all warm. Cold ham, toast, oakmeal, coffee and juice. Not much but filling.

Bungalow B05 - The House of Horrors
This might be the worst place I've ever stayed in not because any one thing is so bad but because of all the factors put together made for one of the worst stays I've ever paid for. My friends and I spent a long weekend here and booked 2 nights, the staff was nice enough to upgrade my 4 friends to bungalows since their hotel rooms didn't have the bed setups that worked for them. Even though it was the beginning of rain season kudos for that. From what I saw and was told their bungalows were fine, sturdy and clean. Our bungalow however had a creaky floor with inexplicably a toilet underneath that also had a light on that you could see through the floor since there were gaps in some places. To make matters worse people could be heard underneath/beside this staff area talking until 1 am the both nights even though we complained after the 1st night as it was very audible in our bungalow. These people also smoked and the smell seeped up through our gapped floor. The bathroom was not very well sealed as a stream of ants made their way through it when it rained and also rat droppings could be found on the sill around the shower. On the 2nd night we heard rats fighting in the walls before we went to sleep and a rat in the wall above our heads trying to open some food package for about an hour in the early morning that kept me awake for the rest of that night. Top everything off with poor A/C and food and you're looking at a very disappointing stay for the bungalow price

Uncomfortable beds and barely warm showers.
The position of this hotel is great. Close to all the shopping/eating/drinking. And the grounds are lovely. However the rooms are dark and cold and the beds are incredibly hard. The shower was also barely warm.

超满意的早餐！
对早餐印象十分深刻，精致，味道很好，很营养，这个是意外之喜。酒店整体满意。靠河边，景观不错。

great time!
Super nice and friendly staff, especially the hotel owner! Perfect location in pai that is a quick walk to the main strip with all the bars/ restaurants. Breakfast was included and had a buffet along with a la cart items the staff made to order. Room was super clean, big, and overall nice. Would definitely recommend!

awesome hotel, we had a great time
this hotel was awesome! we stayed for 2 nights in May and had 2 bungalows and 1 room for 7 of us. its located 2 minutes away from the "walking street" in Pai and right around the corner from the rasta bar and many other bars/restaurants. the main pai river goes through the property, and there is a great view of the sunset. there is also a scooter/motorcycle rental place across the street if you are looking to explore the town. the property was well maintained and rooms were kept clean. nothing but good things to say about this hotel

One of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Beautiful view of the river and gardens. Perfect location - only a couple minute walk away from the best restaurants and bars in Pai. Really friendly hotel staff - you could tell they really cared about the place

Close to the "action"
If you are looking to be close to the party action in Pai, this may be the hotel for you. The rooms were sufficient. Did not have a hot shower in the morning. The breakfast was OK. But for the value, we felt pleased. We were only there one night en route to a 2-day whitewater raft trip. It's a long way from Chiang Mai (3+ hours), but glad we got to experience this hippie vibe town.

Nice hotel, close to all the nightlife
Spent most of it hungover sleeping in the room, staff were very friendly and offered a reduced rate for the second night when we needed to stay an extra night, the room we got on the second night was brilliant, absolutely massive and nicely furnished

Not that good compared to the price
Overall a nice place to stay, I think that in this price you can get more even in pai. The room condition is a bit poor even for 3 stars hotel.

in tropics these things happen (ants in bed) so we are moved - downgraded - to a shack basically. Sad thing is this hotels has the bones to be a really good 3.5 star. just needs some work if any Thai hotel investors are reading this. check it out. The breakfast was very good. thanks

Not very well maintained
Very nice and rustic if you like that sort of thing. The landscaping is very lush and green, and there is a very nice balcony outside the room where you can chill and enjoy the scenery. The water was nice and hot, but water pressure was too low. There are a few brightly coloured rooster sculptures in the garden which look kind of tacky. We had booked a twin room, but they gave us a double, so they had to change it at the last minute, which may account for the condition of the room, which was quite dirty in the corners. The bedsheets were yellowish brown, and the bed was very creaky (there was a broken wooden slat below my mattress). The mattress and pillows were hard and lumpy. Sorry, just telling it like it is. Breakfast was a very simple affair, but adequate.

I love this hotel.
This hotel is very unique and Is absoluely beautiful. The rooms had a lot of charm with doors that open to the balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. The bathroom is a good size and the river is very close by. The location is great! Stay here and be sure to ride an elephant at Thoms while you are in the area. Pai is a great place to visit and this hotel helped make my trip to Thailand an amazing experience.

beautiful yard, unclean room
The room rate wasn't low. We ever expected a much better accommodation but this guesthouse disappointed us. The yard was beautiful with many plants and flowers, the breakfast was not bad, the walking street was nearby, but the room was unclean and uncomfortable. The cups were dirty . The desk and cabinet were dirty. The basin was dirty. ... There wasn't any warm water in basin. We could hardly take shower because the water wasn't warm enough. The facility in the room was very inconvenient esp. in the washroom.
