Did not stay here. Info is not accurate and the phone number could not be reached. Not in service?? I realize i made a judgment error. But i can accept losing a day or two. But tried to cancel 2 other dates. But could not reach resort.

Wonderful hospitality
Shambave Pai Resort is owned by a lovely couple, both of whom went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful experience in Pai. Mostly we accepted a ride in their delightful shuttle service to and from town in the evening for dinner, On the one night we went straight to dinner from our afternoon activities, they phoned us to make sure that we were safe and well - and we really appreciated this. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and we loved the quality of the bedroom and bathroom linens. Thank you.

chic resort in Pai
New Resort with very nice Thai wooden traditional houses. Elegant furniture and attention to the details. Pool with lounge chairs. It's a bit off Pai, you will need your own transporation or use the electrical Rolls Royce (yes!) golf cart they are using to kindly drive the guests in town. Accomodations and look of the place are both great. The breakfast could be improved and the location in front of a big road might be convenient for buses access but lacks a bit of charm. But this being said, you can see they want to do well and the place is among the most luxurious available around Pai.
