部屋がホコリっぽく、喘息が出てしまった。あとはエアコンのリモコンがなく、壁にスイッチがついているタイプだったので、on offのためにわざわざ起きてスイッチまでいかなければならず、面倒だった。 アメニティは、石鹸、ヘアキャップ、歯ブラシ、コーヒー、ミネラルウォーター、ティッシュ、冷蔵庫など充実。朝ごはんもローカルフードからトーストやシリアル、フルーツ、ケーキ、おかゆなど充実していました。

It's our second time with the hotel, clean and convenient is our top priority. Staff friendliness is seen even before u step into the hotel! Starting from the guard on duty to the front counter! thumbs up! Will definitely be the hotel i'll consider the next time too.

There's nothing much to complain, here except for the noise by the road. It gets really noisy but overall it was a pleasant stay. Since it was only a night's stay, we didn't really scrutinise every part of the room. Best part is that I had a nice big balcony and a big room for triple sharing. Definitely will put this hotel in my shortlist for future trips.

We stayed at the Premier King Room. We noticed that all the rooms are connecting rooms. Since it was connecting rooms, the sound insulation is not good at all. We can hear clearly the noises from next door till wee hours and we can bearly sleep properly at night. The room was also not properly clean as there were dust on the side tables, wardrobe and also dressing table. Ants can be found as well. It was overall an OK hotel, but with the price, once can choose a better hotel than this.

The room wasn’t clean. The toilet looked like it was never cleaned. Under the toilet seat there was still s... from someone else. Shower, sink nothing was cleaned. The bed was hard. Breakfast wasn’t good and the staff wasn’t very friendly. Overall for a 3 star hotel I would expect more. They also didn’t tell us till checkout about a state tax plus the heritage tax. What other hotels didn’t charge

The room was clean. Service was great by everybody, the front desk, the guards. The location was at the heart of Malacca, Banda hilir precisely. Getting to anywhere was easy because it was at the center. Jonker walk was near, shopping malls. It was great, totally recommended.

Close to new shop lots which have good food choice. Enjoying a comfort sleep after a long day walk. Breakfast is fine but cleanliness needs improvement.

Clean and affordable stay
The hotel is clean and spacious which I am very glad about. The amenities in the room are also fully provided for. The downside of my stay is that perhaps the hotel can look into provided more variety of food for their breakfast. The breakfast menu is mainly local dishes with very limited variety.

From outside,the hotel looks like a 4-star hotel but when you stay inside,I can say it's okay lah. Not so good and not too bad.Only problem is that the toilet is a bit smelly maybe because of the soap that were used to clean the toilet.

Comfortable and fairly priced hotel
Stayed for only one night and booked this hotel as it was close to the restaurant where we have a dinner appointment. Check in was without any delay and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Room was adequate for my stay and value for the price. Hotel can improve on the towels which were abit old and the toilet bowl be properly cleaned. The shower was great, with hot water and good water pressure. Air conditioning was good and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable and will certainly stay there again on my next trip.

Reception was 24hours which was great as we arrived at 2:30 in the morning and the staff were friendly and made the check in very quick. The bathroom ceiling looked like there had been a leak but otherwise the room was clean. The breakfast was reasonable, we particularly enjoyed the egg station. It was further than we realised from town but the hotel ran a shuttle down to Jonker street so that made it better but not great if you needed to come back to the hotel during the day. And the shuttle timings meant we had to take a taxi back if we wanted to stay down there for dinner.

noise problem
the lighting in room is too dim for family room. The noise pollution is bad ,unable to have good sleep at all..staff not attentive n alert in work.. we left hotel after checking out ... then called back tt my deposit was forgotten.. should have known during check out as ur hotel receive deposit for all rooms..

need to wait for quite some time then only got hot water because of using heater tank. 2nd persons bath half way no hot water cause may be tank finished already.
