The location is close to the downtown (walikng distance) Room was big enoung. Only my dissatisfaction was A/C performance. (not cool enough) Staffs were kind and breakfast was good enough.

전체적인 룸컨디션은 상당히 고급스러웠으며, 조식뷔페는 과하지 않은듯 만족스러웠음. 직원들의 친절함도 상당히 맘에 들었으며, 고풍스러운 건물이 마음에 들었음. 말라카라는 도시 전체의 분위기보다는 호텔에서 더 큰 만족을 느꼈음.

주변에 말라카에서 유명한 곳들이 가까이 있고 음식점도 많습니다. 호텔은 고급호텔이며 조식이 맛있습니다 다만 오래된 호텔이라 시설이 좀 낡았습니다. 직원들은 그다지 친절하지는 않았지만 큰 불편함은 없었습니다.

만족하며 즐겁게 3D2N을 즐기고 왔습니다
센트럴 터미널과 멀지 않았고 우선 지도상에서 본 것보다 네덜란드 광장이과 리버 그리고 존워크시장 등 모든 주요 관광지와 가깝게 있어 모두 도보로 심심하지 않게 돌아다닐 수 있어 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식 또한 딱 있어야 할 것들로 맛도 좋고 서비스도 만족할 수 있었습니다. 저희는 남녀노소 모두 포함된 가족여행이였는데 76세 부모님부터 7살 꼬마조카딸까지 즐거웠던 여행으로 기억에 남구요, 새벽에 응급실에 가야하는 일이 생겼을 때도 호텔측에서 빠르게 택시를 불러주었고 병원쪽에서 택시를 구하기 어려웠을 때에도 호텔측에서 택시를 1분만에 보내주어 매우 고마왔습니다. 룸과 로비 등 크진 않지만 깔끔하게 잘 된 호텔이였습니다.

Overall, it was nice to stay
장점: 위치가 좋습니다. 리틀인디아 멜라카에 위치해 있고 존커스트리크까지 걸어서 약 5분정도 거리입니다. 터미널에서는 택시타고 약 10-15분정도 거리에 있습니다. 조식도 부티크호텔치고 괜찮았어요. 어린이는 14링깃 추가요금을 내야했습니다. 방이 굉장히 넓었고 말해서 얼리체크인도 해주셨어요. 직원들이 굉장히 친절했습니다. The location is good. The hotel is located in little india malaka and it takes about 5mins from the entrance of jonker street by walk. Also pretty close to the bus terminal. It's 10-15mins away from malaka sentral by taxi. The breakfast was okay. If you are traveling with a child, you need to pay RM14 for the breakfast upon check out. The room was very spacious and the staffs are very nice! 단점 자쿠지 있는 방을 예약했는데 생각보다 자쿠지가 낡았고 버블이 작동하지 않았어요. 큰 목욕탕 느낌. 크게 물 받아놓고 노실분들은 무난하게 사용하실 수 있습니다. 베게랑 이불에서 좀 땀냄새같은게 났어요. But few things I disappointed. I booked a room with jacuzzi but it was a bit old and the bubble function was not working. You may consider that as a big bath tub. And one more bad thing, the bed was a bit smelly. Overall it was nice to stay.

Staff were uninteresred before 3pm. Reception was present but on the phone. Only saving grace of the hotel is Wong who attended to us when we arrived before 3pm. We were allowed to deposit our luggage. Rest of the stay was "meh" corridoor was covered in obvious water patch. Rooms were spacious, everything was chargeable. Nice if you like bugs for room mates

Was a good stay. Had all the basic amenities and was close to the red square and Jonker street. They had maintenance on our floor which took out power and water but we were heading out anyways and by the time we were back, it was all functioning with no problems.

The staffs were very helpful, always ready to help us with the door when we had a handful of bags haha. The environment was great too, walking distance to tourist attractions. Room was clean as expected. Overall great service and great stay!

my room didnt have hair dryer. my sisters' room didnt have air-cond. my room was more expensive than my sisters' rooms but was so basic and ugly. their rooms were so nice. my room didnt even have a window. very claustrophobic. the only positive is the location - walking distance to Jonker Walk

Stayed in the celebration suite. In-room jacuzzi was good! The cabinet under the sink was falling apart though. The sheets and pillows were NOT CLEAN. Didn't dare to touch the sofas either.

服務很好。
一進飯店即提供飲品及冰毛巾．旅館早餐的菜色很多，遠遠超過預期。要離開時，櫃台人員協助叫了一台大的計程車，到馬六甲客運總站的車資預先告知為15馬幣 ，服務很好。下次再到馬六甲，會再住這家旅館。

The facade is all colonial but the amenities are few. Parking was sparse and outdoor on rocky surface. The towels and other hotel supplies were below my expected standard. Having stayed at other colonial type of hotels, I expected a higher standard. Even the welcome area / reception was dull and not inviting but the hotel room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was OK.
