We booked a one bedroom apartment and it was on the ground floor, alongside a pedestrian walkway...so no balcony but a patio instead. The apartment had plenty of space for two and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Satellite TV means you can watch some telly in English if you like! There is a washing machine and line for drying in a private courtyard at the back of the apartment. Handy if you've been on the road for a while. The check in went fine, Ana speaks good English. Its not so far to walk to the main touristy areas and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The beach at the end of the street is small pebbles and fine sand...much of this coast seems to be like this.More

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. Good communication with the manager. She facilitated our check-in as early as possible and accommodated our check-out with our transport pick up time. Excellent job by the cleaners, the apartment was very clean. A few things could be done to improve our staying such a small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, etc… to save you rush to the supermarket to get it for a shower, after a long day of travel in a hot day especially when you coming from abroad and have limited suitcases. We stayed by the end of the high season and the apartment was busy, that could explain the little things that need an maintenance such the light of our bedroom didn’t work, the door handles in our bedroom was loose. I am sure with the quite season a head they will have a chance to look after small details like that. The apartment are facing North which in a hot summer it is really help to cold down the apartment. Also the AC was a pleasure to have. We definitely would considering to stay again if we come back to Nerja. Thank you very much for all your help.

Close to beach and restaurant areas. Both bedrooms were spacious and owner responded promptly to any questions we had.

I booked two penthouse apartments for myself and my family. Clear instructions for directions and key collection where given. Staff were welcoming and apartments very clean and spacious. Good location for beach, shops, restaurants and local bus. The apartments faced north so we had very little sun on the balconies and due to windy weather we didn’t use the terraces so I would not pay the extra for a penthouse during the winter months. In the Summer however it would be perfect for sunbathing during the day and enjoying a drink in the evenings.

We had a nice relaxing stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Wifi was good. Plenty of street parking around. A small pool out the front we didn't get time to use. Nice and secure complex. Very close to the beach with a path nearby we could run along, and a short walk into the main area. Washing machine, balcony and clothes hanger were greatly appreciated as was the large kitchen with everything we needed. Big apartment. Easy checkin, just a quick call to the manager to let him know we were there.

Fantastic apartment
Lovely apartment with all would need appliance wise if you were self catering ideal for small family as second bed ideal for two kids. Just was a pleasant surprise that for the very good cost how high the standard was of this place.

Just returned from a week's stay in these apartments, and it was great. They are basic but spotlessly clean and within walking distance to the centre and all the shops, restaurants etc. Antonio, who runs the apartment block, is an absolute gem of a man. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is always cheerful and friendly. I have no hesitation at all in recommending these apartments to anyone.

Spotlessly clean appartment close to beach.
Fantastic appartment. very clean. 3 mins walk to beach. Pool small but that is the only negative thing. Staff very helpful even thouh not english dpeaking. Lots of small independat restaurants nearby. Excellent!!!!!

Perfect once again!
Absolutely amazing stay once again! This is the fourth stay at the Fercomar and yet again so impressed. Unfortunately the pool wasn't filled with water which was disappointing as we weren't told about it, but it was due to it being early season I assume. The apartments are so clean, well stocked with microwave, washing machine, airer for the balcony, all cutlery and kitchen items you can imagine as well as air con! I would highly recommend the Fercomar, it's a lovely walk up to the Balcon and is nice to be close to the beach.

Good value for money
Clean and tidy, spacious and value for money. Great location as a base for exploring Torrecilla and central parts of Nerja if views from the apartment is of no concern. Moreover, since the apartment is in the Torrecilla area it’s less quite and “tranquil” compared with other parts of Nerja, i.e. best suited for people wanting to stay very centrally.

Large Apartment, Good Location
Really spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with separate kitchen and good size balcony. Great location, close to the beach and centre of beautiful Nerja. Parking close by. Helpful staff and the apartment was well equipped - everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.

Både bra och dåligt. Bra: Superrent! Läget, nära bad och hyfsat nära centrum. Stor lägenhet med balkong & takterras. Bra Wifi. Dåligt: Hårda gnisslande sängar! Poolen aldrig i sol. Obekväma möbler speciellt soffan som ser så skön ut. TV, gammal tjockTV fast andra rum hade platt. Allt (köksmaskiner, apparater, möbler TV o.s.v. är gammalt och slitet, utom solstolarna. Ugnen funkade inte som den ska (ingen termostat, full värme eller ingen) Kylen kylde inte ordentligt ens på Max o.s.v. Övrigt: Receptionen inte helt bemannad under öppettid, fick ringa ett tel. nummer. Ganska lyhört. Kaffekokare saknades. Man hade kunnat göra så mycket med detta, lite plantor på terrassen, nya kyl spis micro TV och SÄNGAR! Då hade detta kunnat vara helt perfekt.

Appartamento molto carino e molto pulito, dotato di ogni comfort compreso angolo lavanderia e asse da stiro. In una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro. Carina anche la piscina a disposizione all'entrata del palazzo. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Quiet & central location
Enjoyable stay over Xmas 2016. Apartment handy for promenade and restaurants. Quiet at night, comfy bed, very clean, well equipped, with patio area. Antonio very helpful and very kindly gave us lift to bus station - would not hesitate to recommend.

Praktiskt boende men dåligt utrustat kök, ugnen fungerade inte och dålig kontakt med wi-fi. Rent och fint, bra AC som kunde värma rummen (vi var där över jul, lite kyligt i lägenheten). Bra läge i stan med gångavstånd till de mest centrala delarna och nära till stranden.

Greit leilighetshotell med kort vei til strand.
Greit og sentralt hotell med store leiligheter med 2 soverom og fullt utstyrt kjøkken pluss vaskerom med vaskemaskin. Vi var heldige og fikk penthouse leilighet med stor takterrasse. Kort vei til badestrand og flere restauranter like i nærheten. Kort spasertur til sentrum og gamlebyen.

Passe stor leilighet for 2 personer med god air-condition men med dårlige senger. Vi fikk en leilighet på bakkeplan, men utvendig sitteplass 2 meter fra inngangen (lite privatliv). Hadde ikke leid hadde vi vært klar over dette. Ellers er lokasjonen utmerket, med kort veg til gode restauranter og til stranden

Clean, comfortable and friendly
We had two weeks in one of the Fercomar apartments, and would definitely recommend them. The apartment was extremely spacious, and beautifully clean. It is well appointed, with everything you need. Though the pool is small, it was perfectly adequate. The manager, Antonio, is very friendly and helpful, and always on hand if you need him. The beach is a two minute walk away, and the town centre about ten to fifteen minutes walk. All in all a brilliant holiday, and the Fercomar apartment was extremely good value for money.

Great apartments.
Great apartments close to bars cafes supermarkets, just two blocks from the sea. If you get a penthouse apartment you have a roof terrace with sunbeds table and chairs.

Limpio y bien situado
Buena limpieza tanto de las habitaciones como de los utensilios de cocina. Tranquilo. Facilidad para hacer la reserva. Nerja muy bonita y su gente amable y servicial. Obligado un paseo por los acantilados de Maro y por el cercano pueblo de Frigiliana.
