Great value for money, apartments are well equipped, in a great location and handy for restaurants, supermarkets and local bus service. You do need to pay for WiFi, safety deposit box, extra cleaning and sunbeds at the pool, so bear this in mind if you are on a budget. The rooms on the roadside get sun for most of the day during winter time and there is no road noise, I even had a sea view.

Was a great base for our holiday. Everything you need was in the apartment and it was so central to the area. Would recommend.

Lovely, comfortable weeks stay.
Hotel room was beautiful with lovely air conditioning. Beds were changed every other day mostly and towels changed regularly. When checking out we were allowed to leave our luggage down in a secure room aswell as being told we could still use the games room with air conditioning, and charging ports aswell as the pool girls shower and public shower until we left the building. The receptionists were most helpful and very kind to all three of us. The hotel is pretty central to everything on the marina, shopping centre is close, aquarium, restaurants, stalls, marina, bars, clubs aswell as offering help with taxi services and WiFi. WiFi was not free but also was not too expensive either.
Was very spacious with two balconies.
Bed was comfortable enough.
Cupboards filled with utilities such as plates, glasses etc
View was beautiful

Great value for money for a three star Apartment
Great value for money even though a 3 star. Very central to the Marina where you will find many restaurants and bar, close to La Carieula beach. Transportation only three mins walk. Nice pool but shared with two residential blocks, there is a pool bar, nice snacks and best Sangria. Staff are amazing especially the staff on the Reception desk who go above and beyond. Small charge to use wifi although free in Reception area. Great value for money and I would return. Only one disappointment in that they were roadworks on one side of the hotel, but that should be finished by the end of May it’s all go to plan. Five stars for the staff.

The position is perfect for the beach and marina al within 4 minutes walk, shops are literally next door. The pool area is dated and was messy with cigarette ends on the grass, but the pool itself other than looking tired, was clean and not to busy at all. The staff in the apartments were brilliant and couldn't have been friendlier.

Value for money
All the basic facilities close to the boat harbour. Only minus to behaviour of some other guests who were drunk and made noise when coming in through the whole night.

We were not happy to pay 4 euros each a day for a sun bed! 2 euros for a bed and 2 euros for a padding. This is the first time I have been asked this and I felt sorry for young families with children as this cost would add up in a 2 week holiday.

Rude staff and poor maintenance
My trip was ruined because my key for the main door would not open the door. I was only there for one night and had planned to be picked up by friends at the Marina to join the rest of my friends in Mijas on the afternoon I arrived. I was unable to get to the Marina on time as I spent so long persuading the caretaker to do something about my defective key or the defective lock. He was rude and dismisive and wandered off leaving me in the lobby not knowing what to do. After about an hour of waiting and three calls to the telephone number they leave at reception the caretaker finally sorts the lock. To join my friends in Mijas I pay for a taxi at a cost of 28euros. The next morning I express my wish for a partial refund for the disruption, extra expense and unacceptable handling of the matter by the caretaker. I am told this will not be possible. For this reason I would not recommend the Ms Alay apartments.

Apartment was very clean and ideal for a short break. Excellent location, just 2 mins walk to the lovely marina area. Would highly recommend.

Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist ok. Der Standort ist zentral und nur ca 5 Minuten vom Strand und Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind viele vorhanden. Das Zimmer war ok. Die Kücheneinrichtung genügend für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Die Betten waren aber leider kaum brauchbar. Rückenschmerzen garantiert. Das Check-in und Check-out waren schnell gut. Leider war der Pool noch geschlossen.

Nice large rooms, clean and tidy. had to pay to use in room safe, and leave a deposit for the TV remote and safe key. Major problem as there was no sound proofing, you could hear everything through the walls. Nosiest hotel we have stayed in

A nasty break
I spent pretty much the whole of my stay in my room as I slipped on the disabled ramp outside the hotel on my way out on the first day. The guy on reception helped me up and got me back to my room however in hindsight he should have rang me an ambulance as I had a double fracture of the fibea. I know why they have these ramps but they really have to make the safer I am currently in hospital in England facing a long rehabilitation which could have been prevented if they just had some grips put over the tiles. Apart from this I would certainly stay at this hotel again great location good size rooms and very clean. Pool area surprisingly nice as well

Nice apartment hotel close to both beach & Marina
Friendly helpful reception staff. Large room/studio with 2 small balconies overlooking lovely pool. Very clean and good facilities. Within easy walking distance of the beach, Marina and lots of restaurants, shops and bars.
