편하게 쉬다오기 좋은 숙소
숙소는 대체로 청결했으며, 주차는 호텔내부(하루 9유로)에 있어서 편했습니다. 하프보드였지만 취사도 가능한 숙소라서 가족여행에 불편함이 없었고, 특히 겨울철에 방문했는데 실내에 있는 풀이 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 다만 실내풀의 깊이가 1.5m로 다소 깊은 점이 살짝 아쉬웠습니다. 객실 위치는 바닷가 전망보다 실외수영장 전망쪽이 더 밝고 향이 좋은 듯합니다. 스태프들도 친절하고, 식사도 생각보다는 좋았고, 여러모로 겨울철에 쉬다 오기 좋고 가성비 좋은 숙소같습니다.

Overall, pretty good, good food, excellent coffee. Our experience was negatively influenced because of sewage odour in our room, due to overflow in the bathroom sink. We asked to change room but resort was full. They did a treatment which helped for one day but terrible odour was back. We complained again and never heard from anyone neither were we offered compensation. This was poorly handled and a bad experience. We were out a lot but we had to close the bathroom door in mornings and evenings and leave the patio door open. Had to share

The aparthotel is family oriented with very good miniclub and kids activities, this is the biggest plus for us. The indoor pool is excellent as well, although the water depth is quite deep so might not be suitable for non-swimmers. The half board options are reasonably good as well. The cooking quality for dinner however still have some room for improvement.

Great Family Resprt
My family very much enjoyed our stay! We wished we were on the beach but it was a five minute walk. The food was good and my six year old said it was the best food he’d ever eaten (chocolate fountain, pizza, churros). I wish we had known about all the many things happening at the resort because we probably missed most. Mini disco must for all families with littles. So cute!

This hotel is fantastic, I write this review from the hotel whilst waiting on my wife. We are here for 5 x nights All-inclusive. Food really good, plenty of options, drinks and deserts have plenty of options. Rooms are very well kept, plenty of room, cleaned often. Staff are fantastic. Isabel on reception was very very helpful,. Chef Yasmina and Sandra done a beautiful sea food soup. Really lovely. Bar staff are brilliant. This hotel is 4 Star, and is a strong one at that. It doesn't claim to be 5 star... Yet there's not much I'd change about it. Big thumbs up from us.

Das Hotel ist sehr alt. So würde man heute kein Hotel mehr bauen. Das Zimmer im 7.Stock war schmutzig. Die Stühle hatten klebrige Flecken, die Schrankfächer waren dreckig und man fand noch Krümel, Haare, Zahnpastareste und Einkaufsbons von unseren Vorgängern darin. Das Sofa war einfach nur ekelig. Das Bett war nur 160cm Breit. Das Badezimmer mit Dachschräge ist für große Menschen ungeeignet. Dusche undicht und lief ins Zimmer aus.Die kleinen Handtücher hatten oft noch Make-Up-Reste von Vorbenutzern. Zu wenig Fahrstühle mit schlechter Steuerung. Zu Stoßzeiten haben wir oft mehr als zehn Minuten auf den Fahrstuhl gewartet, der dann so voll war, dass wir dann doch zu Fuss gehen mussten. Das Essen ist ok, wenn auch eher für den englischen Gaumen ausgelegt. Ein positives Highlight war der Wok, was aber leider sehr von dem jeweiligen Koch abhing. Obwohl das Dinner bis um 22 Uhr gehen sollte, wurde um 20:30 Uhr schon nicht mehr nachgelegt, sogar beim Salat nicht. Im Restaurant leider wenig Möglichkeiten um draußen zu sitzen. Der Poolbereich war zwar eng, aber man hat immer einen Liegeplatz gefunden. Der Spieleraum mit Billardtischen usw. war gut ausgestattet und funktionsbereit. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Fazit: Wir haben schon sehr viele 4 Sterne Hotels in Spanien besucht. Dieses war das schlechteste 4 Sterne Hotel in dem wir jemals waren. Leider war es bei weitem nicht das günstigste. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Perfect location. Not too far from the beach, restaurants & cafes. Hotel is very clean, restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, but there was one female receptionist who wasn’t very friendly at all.

Nice staff, good programs, used rooms
The good things: staff was very kind, lots of program, pool’s temperature is fine. The bad things: the room was very used, the couch is very very used, originally it is a plus bed for children but eventually she slept with us which was very uncomfortable for 3 people. The breakfest was very boring, the coffee was bad, and the aircondition uncontrollable so our daughter had a cold. There were ants on the 6th floor but I know it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. They are really try to entertaintment the guests so eventually in this price this was okay but they should change the couch and buy more kitchen stuffs because it was under equipper!

Het hotel is netjes en schoon. Het ligt aan de onderkant van benamaldena waar het rustiger js. Vanuit het hotel loop je zo het strand op (500m) en is een winkel dichtbij. Het eten is niet goed, weinig keuze bij het buffet en niet lekker. In de snackbar een keer pizza halen kost je 18 euro voor 2 diepvries pizza’s, echt belachelijk. Klachten hierover wordt niets mee gedaan. Het is een mooie kamer met een kleine keuken en aparte slaapkamer / airco. Voor kids alles goed geregeld. Het wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt.

Déçu par cet hôtel par rapport aux commentaires. Chambre correct sans plus mais propre. Petit lit double dans les studios, mieux dans les appartements avec 2 lits simples. Le pire, le restaurant. A part le petit déjeuner correct (bon café) le dîner était peu varié sans goût et froid. Tarif des bouteilles d'eau élevés. Sinon personnels à l'écoute et efficace. SPA très sympa. Parking gratuit à proximité de l'hôtel.

No avisaron de que aún no había calefacción en la habitación lo encendimos en posición cálida y cuando llegamos hacia mucho frío por que el aire salía frío en vez de calor. La sauna y el baño turco no lo encendieron diciendo que estaba estropeado y cuando un cliente lo reclamó lo encendieron sin ningún problema, fue un poco decepcionante.

AMAZING STAY!
We had an amazing stay at Benalmedena Palace that exceeded all of our expectations! The staff were very friendly and approachable, our bedroom was lovely with a beautiful balcony & they made our celebrations very special. Estadia agradável em hotel em que é notória a simpatia dos funcionários. Perto da praia mas com 100 metros de rampa inclinada para chegar ao hotel. Boas piscinas assim como os divertimentos programados. Relativamente à alimentação, buffet variado para uma semana, depois começa a ser repetitivo. Alojamento com baixa pressão da água assim como inconstância da temperatura, mas como não reclamamos tb não sabemos se seria só daquele quarto. Parque de estacionamento caro (18€/dia) mas sem muita dificuldade em arranjar alternativa nas proximidades.
