Really nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff. Hotel has lots of rooms (guests) and a large dining room so expect it to be busy at popular times. Nice pool area and gardens

I would recommend but request a room
Hotel was clean, staff were wonderful, food good however our room stank of cigarette smoke. They should offer non smoking rooms

the reception wouldnt give me a fan or put the air conditionong on as our room was very hot we had to open the balcony doors to cool down hich led to us both having sleepless nights because we were eaten live by mosquitoes. i tryed to que up to spk to reception but they was taking to long s i tryed to use the phone in the room but it wasnt working so i emailed them on hotel messenger but they still never got back to me. the towels supplied were so small and faded and old i had to buy a towel from the shop. the bed wasnt made propley and i was itching all nights. some of the kitchen staff at breakfast was very rude. and the food was cold. i dont expext this kind of service hen i pay for a premium room. not happy and would like a refund

Hotel more a uk 3 that 4 but ok. Staff friendly and clean place. Breakfast amazing choice and has Gluten free bread and cakes also lactose free milk which is fantastic

Breakfast is only from 8 am. That is, if you want a cup of coffee before 8 am, this is not possible. When you have patiently waited until 8 o'clock when they open, there are 5 coffee machines, 2 of which do not work, for 300 seats. Maybritt I’m the only one up early and would like a cup of coffee

Ystävällinen palvelu ja henkilökunta avuliasta. Siistit huoneet ja yleiset tilat. Kaksi parisänkyä vierekkäin huoneessa ihmetytti! Huoneissa ilmalämpöpumppu, joka ei kuitenkaan jaksanut viilentää huonetta. Koko päivän aurinko paistoi huoneeseen ja verhot olivat kiinni.

Très déçu. Il avait beaucoup de mamies et des papies mal pauli comme de sauvages. Jamais je ne pas vu des retraites aussi sauvages et non respectueux. Ont ce voies dans un maison de retraite. Dommage ont nous à gâcher toutes les petites déjeuner.

Very nice personal, friendly and helpful. Nice pool and amenities. Our room was stinking smoke however and was a bit due for remodeling. But overall clean and the AC was working well.

Great location near the beach and marina. Hotel is clean , excellent choice for breakfast. Things that could be improved are, the towels were tgin and rough, and the area around the pool needs to be larger.

Unica nota positiva il ristorante (colazione e cena) con buffet super abbondante. Per il resto molto deludente: Lenzuola e cuscini sporchi (foto in allegato); Insonorizzazione camere pari a 0; Wi-Fi non funzionante nonostante risultasse collegato; Al check-in parcheggio dell’hotel completo e oltretutto a pagamento (più di 10€ al giorno) nonostante fossi cliente dell’hotel; Per usare la cassaforte della camera bisognava pagare 2€ al giorno; Ho dovuto attendere più di mezz’ora per gli asciugamani da piscina; Tutto sommato bocciato.

Very very few kids activities.
Despite be a good hotel they need to improve activities with kids. Those ones are not nice. Very restricted. The Mini Club from the pictures is fake: always closed. The kids activities are not more than 2 hours per day (included night time). One of the reason to choose this hotel is the kids activities that shows in the website.

Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the marina the main thing was to have somewhere we could just use as a base. We only booked bed and breakfast. We arrived and were given barely any information on the hotel or facilities, just checked in and pointed in the direction of the lifts. For a premium room, we had two beds shoved together for a family of four to sleep in, a tv with faulty sound and a minibar that consisted of a bottle of water and two soft drinks, none of which were very cold because the fridge was overheating. We decided the first night to eat in the hotel’s only restaurant. It wasn’t too busy and there was a fair range of food on offer, although the fish I had was raw. But the price was very reasonable - the food and drinks all week were well priced. Breakfast was the usual hotel buffet fare, not much else to say about it. The main issues started at night when we tried to sleep and realised the air con was faulty. The temperature was in the high 30s and while the air con was on, the room was still stifling hot. You had to stand on a chair and put your hand up to the unit to feel anything and even then it was just like someone was blowing on you. We complained and maintenance came but it made no difference. We had 5 sleepless nights before I couldn’t take anymore and checked into another apartment. When I checked out the receptionist didn’t even ask why. We asked for a refund for the 2 nights we didn’t stay but the hotel refused.

We've stayed here several times and the staff are always excellent. We stayed in a premium room and it was lovely and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The grounds are so well maintained also. We will be back again.

Enjoyed our stay here.
Great hotel, only downfall was no tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Then run out of normal tea bags in restaurant for 3 days! Had to order fried eggs & wait for breakfast. Rooms fairly small but Beds very comfortable..we liked it but up a slight hill so not good for people with walking difficulties.

This property is not a 4 star we might as well been sharing a room with next door because we heard everything and I mean everything! Stayed in better 2 star hostels with no disturbance.
