Dear Guest Thank you very much for choosing our establishment for your last vacation. We are very sorry to know that your experience was not 100% satisfactory. As my colleague Mayte Rodriguez, Resort Manager, explained you in the resort, due to the Covid restrictions, low occupancy and last minute rains, we decided not to have the large pool open. It was something we were waiting until the last day to decide, that is why you did not see this information when you booked your holiday. However, we did have the two other pools OPEN and invited you to use them when you asked. These pools are not 2 km as you said, as they are part of the resort. They are just a few meters from your apartment (100 m. aprox, one of them and the other, around 200 m). The big pool needs to have the SOS service all the time to supervise our guests, and if somebody goes inside, that will be under their responsibility, but we offered you to use one other two pools we have in the resort, that are smaller, but do not need a lifeguard service obligatory to be open. Also, the big swimming pool is open normally from Easter Week until October but dates could be modified and since the Covid-19 we do not indicate any date. As we are subject also for government restrictions for the use of swimming pool, it is not being an easy time for any company and hotels. We feel very sad to know that, as you said, this was the ONLY negative point of your whole stay, but you gave us a rate of 2 out 10. This really affects us because it shows that you did not like any of our things at all… even making a big effort to make your stay a great experience from the apartment, the service, the late checkout offered, the upgrade you had from one bedroom apartment to two bedroom apartment with all the VIP touches, a great high floor pool view apartment, etc. We would like to say thank you very much for choosing us and we hope you had a great holiday in despite of this issue. Lamentamos que no se encontrara la botella de vino a la llegada, ha debido de ser un error por nuestra parte, ya que nos hemos unido hace muy poquito al programa VIP. Lamentamos mucho lo sucedido. Su apartamento mejoró la categoría ya que usted reservó private collection, pero se le movió a un apartamento en la parcela principal (con una mejor localización) para hacerle más fácil la estancia y estar más cerca de todos nuestros servicios. Esperamos poder recibirle muy pronto de nuevo y aprovechamos para invitarle a venir a partir de marzo, cuando nuestra piscina y bar están abiertos, y nuestro volumen de clientes suele ser más alto.
