We thought we were safe at this resort, seeing how it was mostly (way passed) Senior Citizen age groups, but there was a crazy drunk guy that climbed 2 stories up the balcony, kicked in the huge sliding glass door to an elderly couples room, and scared the daylights out of them and us, along with two 15-year old girls, when he proceeded to break into their room and try to hide from security. I don't think the hotel ever called police and tried to cover up the entire situation.

As soon as the disturbance was brought to our attention, we immediately contacted the police. However, due to the customers that opened their balcony door to him, the police was not able to find him all around the hotel, so as a precautionary measure, we had to deactivate the locks to his room while we kept looking for him. As soon as he showed up he was removed from the premises of the hotel. Please understand that this was an isolated incident and does not reflect the standard experience at our hotel. We take incidents like this very seriously and we strive to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Front desk person did not advise us correctly as to meals booked. Strange decor, esthetic. Clean enough I guess. Dining area was packed. Almost all elderly people here which is fine but we came with a family and young kids. Concern for cleanliness in buffet style eating with so many people. Staff in dining was kind and helpful though when the front desk person advised us incorrectly.

Basically this hotel cares for mass tourists, but not the quality. Food avarage and bit less in quality. Pool is dirty and water has leaves, hair everything.... could have clean them easily. Place is indeed convenient.

Ok but only because we paid for upgrade.
Managed to pay a bit to upgrade the room to the main hotel block the room we were given was dark and dingy in need of upgrading the door didn’t work it was also right by the kids club and pool bar area so we couldn’t sit on the terrace without being watched. Staff were helpful although in the dining room we bought drinks to keep our table when taking my daughter to the buffet only to find they’d been cleared when we returned to the table! Lovely area and beach.

October holiday
We paid for an upgraded bedroom and so glad we did. Fixtures dated, rusted radiator, black walls around air conditioner and shower in bath. Reception responded quickly to bedroom door locking and air conditioning leaking, we suspect this happens regularly as they knew immediately how to fix these. We were not aware at the time of booking that there is a two tier all inclusive system in place for guests and did not feel the additional 16 euro per day per person was value as alcohol does not play a large part of our holiday and would prefer to also spend our money outside of the resort for additional meal. We did not feel comfortable with this decisive system where friends are segregated and treated differently. I did wonder if it was this additional style that enabled the hotel to be graded 4* . This is the first hotel that I have visited when pool towels have not been provided as standard and there is no omelette station at breakfasts. The kitchen and waiting staff are polite and try their best however the range, amount and type of food was limited. We did agree with the hotel’s sustainability policy in reusable cups as at previous holidays there’s such waste with cups lying around the pool area. The snack bar was excellent and again its opening times and where it was positioned reduced the likelihood of waste around the pool area. Entertainment team worked hard and we enjoyed the usual games, music and acts. Overall we would not return for the reasons stated above.

Pleasant Staff
Booked last minute and got the last room on site. Deal could have being better knowing that there was no chance we would get a sun bed or fit in with the crowded hotel. Nice staff who work very hard maintaining and serving the hotel. Also it’s very important the entertainment can be heard. I’m sure a lot of people struggle with languages without having a muffled microphone. Fabulous positioning with beach.

Bra läge nära stranden, rena rum. Dåligt med att det saknades kaffekoppar och glas hela tiden på buffé restaurangen. Ej fräscht med flugor som flyger runt de kalla rätterna. När man kommer till hotellet så får man plast mynt som ska bytas ut mot "plastmugg", plastmugg är det som man ska ha hela tiden för att kunna ta dryck, alkohol vätskor, det är jobbigt att hålla reda på plastmuggen. Om man tar bort plastmuggen/ glömmer det, så kan man inte ta drickor. Flera gånger under natten startas deras automatiska vattenspridare, vilket stör sömnen väldigt mycket. De borde starta deras bevattning system mellan kl. 23 och 24 så att inte hotellgästerna ska störas under natten. Sammanfattningsvis så kommer inte jag eller min familj att komma tillbaka till denna hotell igen.

Dejligt hotel, men utroligt lydt.
Personale på hotel er flinke og hjælpsomme. Mad og drikke er ikke toppen, men rimeligt i forhold til prisen. Områder ved pools er fine, der er masser af stole og plads. Der er utroligt lydt på hotellet, for første gang har jeg virkeligt haft svært ved at sove efter kl 7 om morgenen, alt høres, samtale, døre der smækker, elevator, trafik osv og vi boede på 9 sal. Faktisk vil støjen afholde mig fra at bo der igen, synd da hotel, personale og sådan faktisk er lækkert. Beliggende er helt perfekt i forhold til strand.

Super godt sted, kan kun anbefales. Selvfølgelig er der lidt småting hist og pist, men vi havde en super god ferie, hvor vi fik rigeligt at drikke og spise.

Spisesalen: lange køer, støyete, utrivelig og lite innbydende mat. Resepsjon: lange køer, lite folk på jobb og dårlig service. Heiser: for dårlig kapasitet, heiser som tar 2 - 4 personer på et så stort hotell er ubrukelige. Folk stod i kø for å komme både opp og ned hele dagen. Rommet: greit nok, men trenger oppgradering. Vann fra badet over dryppet fra taket på badet vårt. Rengjøring ok. Sengene datt nesten fra hverandre, men madrassen var bra. Hotellet har bra beliggenhet ifht strand, restauranter og buss/tog.

Excellent choice for a February weekend. Bustling hotel, conveniently located, if in need of a little updating. Excellent food for breakfast and evening meal. Friendly staff. Rooms a little dated, but nice and clean

We enjoyed everything about the Hotel,... Especially the food.... We had a sea view, The Area was perfect for us, its opposite the beach... Its very flat, Great for walking. Will certainly return again. Little service bus outside the hotel, Keep up the good work!.

Ok hotell för priset men rätt slitet. Personalen trevlig och gjorde sitt bästa. Ok städning förutom golven för skräpet låg kvar några dagar. Bra frukost.
