Great apartments great location
Really friendly staff, helpful, quiet location but only 5-10 minutes from shops, restaurants and beach. Decent size pool area, never too busy. Staff couldnt have been more helpful.

La Baranda apartmenthotel, perfect!
Simple but absolutly perfect as long as you know what you get. You manage yourself and there is a small kitchen. Lovely apartmenthotel with a pool.

Lovely Stay
Our stay was simply to get a holiday after over 2 years. The apartment we had was very comfortable and clean. However, it was a corner site which meant the layout wasn't quite as good as others we've stayed in at La Baranda. With my wife being visually impaired access to the bathroom was a little tighter than other units because the layout is determined by the building shape. Having said that we'll not hesitate to go back to La Baranda. I also used their gym on one occasion and was very happy with the equipment available. Whilst there's only space for 1 or 2 people at a time, particularly under current restrictions, the equipment level was excellent. The welcome we received from all the staff was excellent and they couldn't do enough to help.

La Baranda, great apartmenthotel.
La Baranda is a simple apartmenthotel with a pool and quite a few sunchairs. Even though I wrote simple it’s absolutly amazing. You have the oppurtunity to cook your food in the equipped kitschen or take a stroll to the nearby restaurants.

Fina rum, utmärkt städning, bra service. Lugnt hotell med bra pool och centralt läge. 7 min gång till stranden. Lite mindre bra är att köksutrustningen inte är helt komplett. Mycket bra helhetsbetyg!

Great stay!
It’s an apartmenthotel so don’t expect hotelfacilities. With that said it’s great. Great location, close to the beach, supermarkets, buses and trains. Would for sure stay there again.

Nice enough but don’t expect luxury.
Owners are very friendly and helpful but it is looking a little tired these days. Don’t be deceived, the studios don’t contain 2 twin beds, it’s 2 single beds. Nothing a coat of paint and general upgrade wouldn’t fix.

vores første ferie på costa del sol
efter at have konstateret problemer med ovn og induktionsplade, blev disse meget hurtigt udskiftet uden diskussion (flot service) . Poolen var en positiv oplevelse, men der manglede rengøring på selve gulvet omkring poolen .Værtsparret Ruud og frue var særdeles imødekommende og vi havde et super ferie på stedet og området. Vi kommer gerne igen og planlægger for 2020.

Lovely stay
we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. The apartments are set over various levels and each one is gated for security. The pool area was nice with the majority paved and a small part grassed. The pool itself was fairly small but perfectly adequate for cooling off. Our only disappointment was that the apartment has an old compact oven rather than a microwave, with no instructions on how to use it at various temperatures. As there was no separate toaster we just used the grill part of this oven for toast. The other cooking facility was an induction hob that had 2 rings, this was very good. Could have done with some English TV channels though as we did get some rain when we didn't venture out. We found the location good as it's just off the main road and about a 2-3 minute walk to the nearest bus stops. The train is also available up the hill, although not far it can be quite an effort when hot. Pavements up to the station can be quite narrow so they may not be easy with a suitcase. A good option to consider as considerably cheaper than a taxi from the airport. It is only about 400 metres to a large supermarket. The main area of Carihuela is about 5-10 minutes down a short hill where bars, restaurants and shops are plentiful. Once down at the main pedestrianised street everything is pretty much level. It's only about another 20-30 metres to the promenade/beach.

Отель удачно расположен. Рядом (в пешеходной доступности) супермаркет Mercadona, пляж с большим количеством ресторанов, променад, небольшой, но интересный ботанический сад с обзорной площадкой. Территория уютная, ухоженная, есть бассейн, шезлонги. Правда, было ещё холодно, поплавать нам не удалось, но можно было загорать на балконе или у бассейна. Номер (33) просторный, чистый, в душе всегда есть горячая вода (в неограниченном количестве!), кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. 2 одноконфорочные индукционные плитки. Единственный их недостаток - очень шумные. Но готовится всё быстро. Постельное белье было новое, матрацы удобные, но кровать не двуспальная, а сдвинутые 2 односпальные. Есть устойчивый Wi-fi. Своей парковки у отеля нет, но на ближайших улицах всегда можно найти место для авто. Недельным пребыванием остались очень довольны.

Clean, friendly and ideal location.
The check in was quick and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are spotless and have all the basic things you need. The complex is really great for families, a nice clean pool, shaded areas, well kept grounds. The balconies are spacious too and living areas roomy. We stayed in a one bed apartment and it was spacious enough. The beds are a little hard but the sofa bed is comfy. The AC works really well, and although it is in the lounge area, it cools the whole apartment. The location is super good. One row back from the main road so quiet but only 5 mins walk to the centre of Cariheula, lovely beach and promenade. There are lots of really nice restaurants, bars and shops just 5 mins away. There is a large well stocked and really inexpensive supermarket just 7mins walk and if you go along the back road (just outside the gates to the apartments) you don't even need to walk up or down the (short hill). We stayed 8 days and mid way received all clean towels. For the price, this is an excellent choice of apartments. We would definitely go back, and we've stayed in numerous places. Overall, simple, clean apartments with good AC, nice small pool, plenty of sun loungers and ideal location.

Ett enkelt, charmigt och trevligt lägenhetshotell i lugnt område men nära till allt. Trevligt poolområde. Saknade helspegel på rummet som fanns tidigare år. Kunde vara bättre solstolar vid poolområdet. Bättre kvalité på handdukarna samt gärna byte fler än två gånger i veckan.

Beteckningen på sajten var "Lägenhet standard" med "rum på 65 kvm..." Det borde framgå att den består av ett kök, ett allrum med bäddsoffa för 2 personer, och ett sovrum med dubbelsäng. Wifi fungerade normalt bara direkt utanför den lilla receptionen.Skulle önskat en stor spegel i allrummet.

Hotellet personale er rigtig flinke og hjælpsomme. De taler kun lidt engelsk. På værelset bliver der skiftet håndklæder og sengetøj en gang om ugen. Der er to toiletruller pr. uge, så husk selv at købe toiletpapir. Der er fint med køkkengrej og der er en kaffemaskine og ovn, og hurtige kogeplader. Der er også en karklud og et viskestykke. Vi fik ikke gjort rent på vores ophold fra tirsdag til søndag, men der er en kost, så du selv kan feje.

Vi var absolut tilfredse. Perfekt beliggenhed, god lejlighed og hjælpsomt, engelsktalende personale. Vi havde en baby med, og der var redt en fin barneseng op til hende. Bor her gerne igen. Vi nåede desværre ikke at benytte spaen.

Har hatt eit veldig fint opphold her. Reint og fint bassengområde. Rommene heilt greie men enkelt innredet. Sengene var for meg litt harde. Litt styr med å få nøklene når me kom seint. Låg i ei postkasse bak gjerdet ved inngangen. Perfekt beliggende, noen minutter ned til shopping og strand. Vil anbefale stedet.

Heerlijk complex dicht bij het strand en winkels
Ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij la baranda alleen 2 min punten en dat waren erg harde en slechte matrassen en de bedden kraakten al bij het draaien en dat je in 8 dagen tijd je maar 1 keer schone handdoeken krijgt.
