Estimado huésped, Gracias por elegir Senator Marbella Spa Hotel para su estancia en nuestra ciudad.Nos complace saber que encontró al personal de limpieza y recepción muy amables, es siempre nuestro objetivo ofrecer un servicio atento y cortés. Lamentamos leer acerca de su incomodidad con la temperatura de la habitación, supongo que pusieron el aire acondicionado en marcha y al ser invierno este aumento la temperatura en lugar de bajarla. Normalmente los ventiladores no hacen ruido por lo que vamos a realizar un Chequeo de todos los ventiladores para localizar la habitación donde no esta funcionando correctamente y repararlo. No obstante comentarle que las ventanas tienen un sistema oscilobatiente que sin tener que abrir la ventana totalmente ventila muy bien la habitación y con las temperaturas actuales se refrigeraría rápidamente la habitación.Ruego nos vuelva a tener en cuenta para una próxima estancia ocasión que aprovecharemos para que su experiencia sea perfecta..
