Amazing place to stay. Super friendly staff, beautiful hotel and unbelievable view from the terrace!! Big room and excellent breakfast. The best hotel experience i've had. Definitely coming back :)

Séjour de 2 nuits à Marbella
L’hôtel est situé dans les hauteurs de Marbella, on a une super vue sur la vallée et la mer. Les chambres sont bien et ont tout le nécessaire. Le vrai plus est José, le gérant. Une personne très sociable (présent sans être envahissant) aux excellentes recommandations qui vous font passer un moment génial.

Die ruhige, schöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und bei gute Sicht konnte man sogar Afrika sehen. Das Personal, das gemütliche Frühstück, die schöne Terrasse - herrlich. Der Hotelmanager ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allgemein, ein toller Aufenthalt - es gibt und gab nichts auszusetzen. Ganz toll!!

Honestly, we have 5 rooms differents and for that reason, in any channel of booking we offer the option to choose any room available with the real pictures and description and like this everybody has the information of the room before they come. We would have loved to make you an upgraded room for you but for the high season was not possible because there was no room available. We would have liked that all those inconveniences were said at the moment in the hotel with us and we would have been solved. Thanks again for your complaining because of that we will improve day by day for the satisfaction of our clients. Best regards.

What a wonderful place to stay! It is absolutely gorgeous and serene. The views from the veranda and our room were stunning. I could spend days on the couches with a glass of wine or cava. Don’t miss the tranquil pool! It’s hard to pull yourself away to the beaches because it’s so beautiful and relaxing. The owners were so kind and welcoming. They made us feel right at home or at least made us want to retire to Marbella one day. The only thing we were challenged by was not finding the foam mattress very comfortable so we couldn’t sleep great but that might just be personal preference. Breakfast on the patio was really lovely. My only suggestion for improvement would be to serve the great quality cheese and hot chocolate found around Spain. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and a really great first experience for us in Marbella. Thank you!

Peaceful and beautiful getaway.
Wonderful place with fantastic view! Calm, peaceful and beauty. The room was comfortable with nice beds and pillows. We stayed in Kao Lahk having an ocean view. Very friendly and supportive staff and a nice variety for breakfast. Only small downside was an ongoing temporary construction (somewhat noisy but ok) and that you need a car to move around.

The facilities were very attractive, clean and the views were beautiful. We only breakfasted once but it was excellent. However, what completely won us over was how great the staff were. Everyone was super pleasant, super attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. Possibly the nicest staff we have ever encountered (and we travel a lot). Although it is technically in Marbella, if you plan to be going regularly to the town and its beaches, we would recommend that you have your own car.

not the first not the last time
I am not really into Marbella but this hotel is the reason for me to adapt my travelling-plans just to make sure I can stay there... if you need a few days off but you still want to be able to move around and reach destinations like Cadiz, Tarifa, Conil, even heading over to Tanger or the city of Malaga, do it. The energy on the terrace is stunning and I feel home each time the doors to this gem open.

Coming back time and time again, fabulous hotel
We could not have had better service. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms immaculate, so clean you could eat your dinner off the floor. The rooms are lovely comfortable with lots of storage space. We hired a car and drove into Marbella Old and New Town in less than 15 mins. We enjoyed the calm and tranquility of the area and the hotel, and above all the ambiance. Mercedes and Olivia served us a bespoke delicious breakfast on the terrace over looking the sea and countryside, where we sat and took our time enjoying life, which is sometimes hard to do with a busy lifestyle. We spent many hours beside the pool just relaxing and enjoying life and having a great lunch. I treated myself to a massage and pedicure and was surprised at the quality of the treatment rooms Must admit we enjoyed the time we spent with the other guests we met along the way. Cannot wait to go back

Well positioned, beautiful hotel.
A really lovely modern hotel, on the heights above Marbella with superb views of the Med coast.The staff were always kind and attentive. This hotel is particularly suitable for couples as it is beautifully peaceful.I would not recommend it for children. It is absolutely essential to have a car both to see the sights, get to the restaurants in Marbella (10 minutes) and Puerto Banus and to get back to the hotel which is high on a hill above the local golf course.

Fantastiskt ställe som dock endast rekommenderas om man har bil eller är villig att åka taxi. Promenaden till stan sades ta 20 minuter men vi (pigga 50-åringar) höll på 1:30 innan vi var framme i Marbellas gamla stan. I övrigt ett hur lugnt och fint hotell som helst med fina vyer, trevlig personal och en fantastisk baksida med pool osv.

Great, small hotel, excellent service!
My wife and I visited the hotel in beginning of November. A very welcoming receipt and service the first day, that just got better throughout the stay (if possible). Breakfast is not a big buffet (which you cannot expect at a small hotel anyway), but it was tailor made to our wishes and of a quality that you only find at 5 star hotels elsewhere in Europe(and we have been to some). Absolutely recommendable for couples and romantic stays, and for business travels as well. Nice pool and outside jacuzzi, even the jacuzzi didn't work our last eveneing when we wanted to use it. A little bit far from the centre of Marbella, but for us this was exactly what we wanted, to be in a quiet and romantic place. We had hired a car (which we recommend to do in the area), and taxi rates are not too bad, so it worked fine for us. Not so suitable for small children.

Could be better !
I would really like to give this aspiring B&B , not really an Hotel , top marks as I understand what the owners are trying to create . However , the Marbella Heights , is understaffed and a bit too quirky for all tastes . The Face of Budda on the bedroom wall staring out at us and the statues on top of the bedroom wardrobes gaves us the creeps . We appreciate this is a matter of personal taste . The air con in our room was too noisy to keep on at night and the shower only heated up after 10 minutes while the lighting circuit periodically tripped off . The bed was also too hard it took no prisoners and gave not an inch . The breakfast is a bit of an ordeal , as the manager , Carlos attempts to prepare and ferry the food and beverages to the tables . While we were told that our wishes were the Hotels aim it seems , when asked , fresh bread was beyond their ability for breakfast and defrosted frozen rolls were the only option . The Heights is a pretentious Bed and Breakfast that has particular and limited appeal .

We booked a last minute 'cheeky weekend' for some well deserved R&R. Marbella Heights was the perfect location for this. It is set in a lovely tranquil location but is also close enough to everything that Marbella has to offer.
