The property was in perfect coditions, obviously you did not read the description of the property before you booked, which clearly states that it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties

We take the disinfection and cleaning of the apartments very seriously but sometimes it is difficult to get rid of all the insects since the complex is surrounded by gardens and many apartments are located on the ground floor.
